Rerate for Rustoneal: 9/10. Wow, I'm likin' a lot of simple outfits today. xd My only problem is that your blacks are dominating the yellow in the middle. I'd try some yellow shades to even it out a bit and maybe some yellow shoes. Also, I'd try the 90s gloves instead. Those just look weird to me. oo; heart

8/10. Cute outfit, although the kitty and butterfly wings look sort of random to me. Also, I think the party hat matches better with the flashion skirt than the pink ribbon does. In fact, I'd try some different head and face accessories. They all look a bit random to me. x_x; heart
