Goth wanna-bes amuse this one.
My friend gave me her extra spiked choker, but I didn't go for the black goth look when I wore it. Oh, no! I wore it with my casual clothes which means my pink Mickey Mouse shirt. whee

Silly. whee I get asked if I'm goth every time I'm wearing a black shirt with black jeans. Silly people. pink mickey tees with spiked chokers? now that's a look I've got to try. yeah, I hate it when people don't get the concept of 'goth.' wear black a couple times and they start jumping to conclusions... xd @missmonty: you are so lucky! I love those drawing books too.

Since no one else is joining the contest, I think it will be just between the three. The problem is, the prize would have to be 900g...

Well, you know... I don't really have an impressive avvie or something, but I could join the contest just so that the prize money would be higher.

As far as I know, she's gonna stay for a while. The "So the Drama" movie was a hit.

Gads, don't get me started on the concept of "gothness". (I was told in a dream to call them "phobes". Muah hah.) I wear most-to-all-black pretty much every day, and I have light skin and black hair, so I'll get asked all the time (by people I don't even know) if I'm a "goth". I've developed the following pre-packaged responses: -"Oh, yeah. In fact, I was just on my way to illuminate a manuscript, so if you'll excuse me, I'll be flying my buttress out of here." -"Of course! I was just getting ready to form an invasion of Rome again. Might even make it across the river this time. You wanna help me? Just hold really still....." -"Oh, yes! I love the light!"
So, Kit. Did you follow up by starting to sing one of the songs from the movie? wink

@ jojo: xd okay, you are officially the quote of the day in my journal. heh heh...'phobes'...
'flying my buttress?' that should win you an award. Alas, I'm sure half the people you say it to just develop a vacuous expression... Also alas, I did not know enough Nightmare lyrics to torture my little friend any further. Gotta work on that for next time. ninja
@ the heat: I shall mourn Kim's loss as well, but like Harls said, I don't think she's going anywhere. They just cast her face character, and the little girls are still nutters for her. I'm sure Christy Carlson-Romano just wanted more $...that or to go on to bigger and better things.

As much as I like cult classics one would think I'd have seen The Dark Crystal by now. Decided to buy it when I went shopping today. That makes the third DVD I've bought in the past week... gotta cut back. xd
Bijoux, give the contest a little more time. Didn't it take awhile for the best username contest to fill the slots?
I was so tempted to buy the game Fable today.

oooh, Dark Crystal. That's a cool one...but kinda creepy. If I had seen that movie at any point before high school, it would have given me a bunch of nightmares. I think it was the muppets... sweatdrop Still, a nifty movie. But if we're going to talk weird 80's fantasy cult movies, I like Labyrinth better. mrgreen

TRIAL BY STONE and from my understanding, Kim Possible, popular as it might be, is still subject to that stupid 52 episode limit emposed by Eisner. for reference, please see Gargoyles.
