Lunaria Mackleroy

Lunaria lay there pinned under her sister Tician, listening with wide eyes to her. Any hope she had from her threat was gone in a flash, as Tician opened her mouth and let drool hit her face. Flinching, while scrunching her face up, Lunaria began to squirm violently trying to escape as Tician began to speak, "You little morsel need to remember who is the boss. And because you got cocky, arrogant and used your abilities, you are gonna suffer the consequences of your actions tidbit.".

Her body going still and numb as she focused her gaze on Tician just as she began to slowly lick her face, teeth near her. Knowing what came next, Lunaria began to struggle twice as hard, panting in exhaustion. "NO...don't.. .Stop.... Desist I say!" she bit out between muffled fits of laughter, her voice sounding odd but still shrill and loud. Lifting her hands up as she began to beat and push against one then the other leg pinning her shoulders to the ground. Tears leaking out of her eyes as she squeezed them shut, in a desperate attempt to calm herself.

When it didn't work, Lunaria open her dark grey brown eyes and looked up at her sister, gasping out in what would sound like a mix between crying and fear, "I beg you! ... P-Puh-lease.... S-Stop this... N-no more.. P-p-promise.....No... I ..... NO... Don't....stop!" Her sentences coming out in incoherent burst, as more tears seemed to pour from her eyes. Lunaria kept her thrashing, squirming and beating of her sister up as she arched her back.

(Okay to whomever is in the town. Lana and I agree this is a good stopping point for us. So if you want to interact please do. Hopefully we left you with a interesting point.)

Tician Mackleroy

Tician was enjoying her sisters struggles, and lack of coherent ability to form proper sentences. Leaning in further she went from licking and sniffing to wuffling her belly with warm puffs of air from her mouth. Thoroughly enjoying herself until a new scent was caught on the air, followed by a distinctly male voice. A voice that registered as politely ordering her to let her sister go, which caused Tician to lift he head up and stare with bright liquid gold eyes, as she cocked her head to the right.

Giving a snort, Tician gave a toothy grin with a 'you-asked-for-it-now-deal-with-it' look, as she sat down with a short barking laugh. Her golden gaze looking the strange man over, as she processed his scent. The fact that it was very faint, meant her was good at masking in her opinion. Thought it was his looks that seemed to make her stop, he was tall with lightly tanned skin, green eyes that seemed piercing but jovial, and red hair that had two distinctive white streaks. Cocking her head to the right again as she continued to asses the young man, she let her gaze slip once more to her sister, who had gone strangely quite.

She knew it wasn't a good sign, but at least the man hadn't attacked her while she was picking on her sister. That would of been a very bad day for them all, since her sister was exhausted from using her vampiric powers, leaving her with her dragon-self. At that thought Tician once more gave a barking laugh as she let her tongue loll to out of her mouth waiting for the scene to happen.

Vex raised an eyebrow as he looked over the two again, wondering what it would have looked like if it had been serious. "ah well. my apologies then, you will have to forgive my habit of jumping to the wrong conclusion. its just, you two were making quite a ruckus during your "playtime" and with a howl like that I made a bad judgment call." Vex bows to the two of girls before returning to a casual stance. "i hope you aren't offended if i ask for you to play somewhere farther from the town. you see, i represent a child care facility in the town, at the moment its nap time and a few children were awoken by your playtime." he wasn't trying to keep them from the town, Reko made it clear that the town relied on travelers for trade and such but they were trusted to divert trouble during their stay there. he puts his hands together and nods before continuing. "unless you two had something you needed to do in town, perhaps I could help with that."

As she sat there, Tician did a good job of hiding her disappointment at the mans rather calm reply. A small wave of guilt washing over her when he mentioned sleeping children. Giving a irritate snort, when he mentioned going some where else to play, didn't amuse her in the least. It was supposedly a free world to travel, even if there were a lot of corrupt people walking it. Her attention starting to wander when he mentioned entering town, causing her to shift her body into a standing position.

As her sister apologize for them, then got flustered introducing them partial, Tician started walked towards the two. With each step her body shrunk and melted away. By the time she reached them she was in her human from, her white cross appearing once more on her back. Her body stiffening as she flinched as Lunaria mentioned travelling with out staying at a town for a while. If it was one thing Tician knew, it was her sister's less then appreciative taste for staying out doors. While she on the other hand didn't mind it so much, since bathing in a stream, pond or lake was just as good as a hot bath and meal.

Letting out a sigh of regret, Tician finished closing the gap and placed her arm around her sister, looking up at Vex, glad that she was a few inches taller, so she didn't have to crane her neck. Visibly she chewed on her cheek, as they slowly colored, making the golden flecks in her gray-brown eyes spark as her sister said she would take full-responsibility for her in the town. Tearing her gaze away from Vex, Tician looked down at her sister as she wrapped her arm a bit tighter around Lunaria's head, putting her in a loose but effective head lock. "Oi Pipsqueak, what do you mean you will take responsibility for me? I do know how to behave appropriately in town, mom and dad did raise me right ya know." Tician affected a hurt, but prideful tone of voice as she lifted her gaze back to vex, softening it a little bit.

Tilting her head to the side before she spoke, "If you allow us into the town, I promise to be on my best behavior. And let me extend my apologies to you as well...Sir. As she stated we have been traveling hard and fast for the last month, for reasons I don't feel comfortable talking about. But the concept of being in a town with a hot bath, warm food, and a soft bed. Well I don't want to deny my cute, innocent and mouthy little sister. Also does this town by chance have a butcher? Because I will be needing a medium size bucket of animal blood." As she spoke the last sentence, Tician let her gaze slide down towards her sister, who had been struggling in her arms, and was now still.

Aarec
Aarec yawned and used a viewgate to leave the room, he'd grown tired of the MeatheadDrezz-Wolf and wished to discover where MaybeBrethrenGraed had gone.

Graed Syn
"Done playing?" Graed asked Aarec as he emerged from one of his viewgates.
The MeatheadDrezz-Wolf is good for minor amusementfun, Aarec replied. What did you talkspeak with the Reko-Wolf about?
"Nothing much," Graed lied, folding his arms behind his head. "Come on, let's go see if we can find some food, I'm starving."
Do you not have bloodfood in your nonspacepocket? Aarec asked MaybebrethrenGraed, following him up the stairs into town.
"Yeah, but I'm talking about meat; chicken, ham, lamb, steak --I'm dying for some chow, and you could use some normal food too, not whatever that stuff from your world is."

Tician Mackleroy



Tician smiled warmly up at Vexis as he introduced himself, and spoke about the town, it's habits and traveling direction. She was slightly happy and relieved that he was being nice, on top of the town being familiar with their kind. The smile literally fell of her face when Lunaria pulled herself from the head lock and began to walk away. The tone in her sisters voice, saying that a line had been crossed, and she was seething quietly inside. Giving a soft sigh of defeat Tician looked up at Vex with a sheepish look as she kept one eyes on her sister, as she walked away waving good bye over her shoulder. Closing her eyes for a few minutes Tician opened them and looked up at Vex once more, barely hiding the pain there as she smiled.

"That is good news to hear Sir Vexis, and will make it a bit easier to stay here. If I recall we haven't stayed in a town, village or city of any kind, in oh... the last two years. And sorry about my sister, I worry about her. I mean how often have you ever heard a vampire claim that feeding is a detestable thing to do?" she said softly, her voice dropping a octave from it's alto to a tenor. Tician was already thinking ahead of what to say and do, to make up for her blunder with her sister. Whom was walking into the village now, and if she knew her, heading right to the Inn for a place to stay and work. The latter made her take in a sharp breath at what was gonna happen to her.

Pursing her lips Tician met Vex's gaze with a calm but serious look as she spoke once more, "Uh... so what exactly is this village, if they are familiar to our kinds? I mean it isn't every day that one would find a place like this, and I get a sense that there is a lot of our kind here, and strong too." Tilting her head to the side as she lost sight of her sister, Tician waved with her right hand, as a indication that she would like him to walk with her. "And if you want help with anything, I am always willing to lend a paw or two to help out. I am a rather strong fighter in any of my forms, even thought I still look like a silly sixteen year old girl. Eventually though I hope to start aging a bit more.. I mean being as old as I really am, you'd think..... Oh never mind... You said that you traveled a lot ? May I inquire as to why?" Tician said, her voice a neutral politeness and seemingly interested in what he had to say.

Hailey Note
Hailey poked her head back over his shoulder a moment before poking at his spikey hair. "I wanna borrow it sometime ok, I think Amari would really like it when she returns home." she was sure this probably annoyed him so her hand moved out of range before he couldn't get snippy with her again. she waved casually before moving to the outer parts of the trees. "i'm gonna go now ok, tell wolfy I wanna play with him again some time." she started to skip off before glancing back one final time and yelling. "oh and someone told me "you only repeat yourself because you like to hear yourself talk" but I think she was just being funny. Bye!"

Lunaria Mackleroy

Lunaria made her way into the village, not caring if her sister followed or not. She set herself a mission and would complete it without fail. Keeping alert as she listened to the towns folk talk as she walked down the what seemed to be the towns main road, Lunaria eventually heard of the local tavern/inn. Following the directions she had heard carefully, soon enough she saw the sign hanging from a metal post indicating she had the right place. Stiffening her back straight, and throwing her shoulders back as she took a deep breath, Lunaria reached out and opened the door.

The smell of cooked food and strong ale hit her delicate nose, almost making her gag at how over whelming it was to her. Steeling her nerves once more, she stepped into the place closing the door behind her. Since it was still fairly early in the day there were only a few patron, who looked quizically at her before going back to their business. Blinking a few times as her eyes adjusted to the dim lantern and day light blend that was inside, she quickly made her way to the bar. Once there she sat on a stool and tapped the counter twice to get the barkeeps attention.

When she had it, she put a small, soft, friendly smile on her lips as he approached her. "We don't serve children alcohol here miss." was all she got as he just stared down at her. Unable to hide her amusement, Lunaria smiled wider showing her dainty little fangs along with a sweet sounding peal of laughter, a far cry from the loud high pitched squeal her sister was always able to elicit from her. "Well even though I am quite able to handle the strongest of liquors you can throw at me, I am not interested in drinking right now. And I am not a child, like I appear to be. What I am though is interested in room and board, and willing to work for it as well." her voice friendly with a soft dulcet undertone of her amusement.

The Barkeep just looked at her for a few minutes as he registered what exactly she was before speaking up, "So what can a slip of a girl like you do? And if I allow you to work for your room and board, I want your sole promise not to feed on my cust.... he trailed off when he noticed that Lunaria paled and pulled a sick face at the mention of feeding. Giving a gruff grunt as a indication that he understood her distaste rather clearly, he nodded his head for her to speak. Schooling her features once more, the red flecks in her gray-brown eyes dancing merrily as she spoke up, "Well I can cook, clean, wait tables, turn beds, mix drinks, sing and dance. Depends on what you actually need help with sir. Also I have a sister who is pretty good at bouncing people when they cause a ruckus. So if you need muscle for evening drunken bar fights, or to chop wood and carry trash, I can 'vouch' she is the person you want. Beside sir you couldn't miss her, she is a taller blonder version of me." A coy smile curving her lips even farther softening her facial features and seemingly brightening the room.

With a few lazy blinks of his eyes, the Barkeep grunted again before he spoke up, "Fine you can stay upstairs. Go on up, I will have one of the stable boys bring you some hot water. I run a clean establishment, and you smell rather ripe girlie, and of dog slobber. Go get washed and then get down here in two hours for a quick tour. I will inform your sister when I see her that she will have something to do tonight." his voice a deep baritone bark. With out waiting for another invitation, Lunaria smiled and slide of the stool, and skipped towards the stairs that he had told her to go up. The thought of her first hot bath in a long time, made her toes curl in her heeled boots.
