"I see the girl grows accustom to her surrondings." Nelphean turns his head towards Bastet, "Well, I can think of a few things... Talk, play chess, dance, the usually friendly activities, but since Elias is here, why don't we jsut ahve a nice conversation."
"We have a coiled friend under the table, and if my elfish sense are telling me anything, it isn't an ordinary feathered serpent." Nelphean's keen eyes spoted the snake easily.
"Sweet Bastet, I once had to live off eatign sewer rats in the sewers of an urban heap..." He paused and collected himself. "I did not imply that is what you would serve." Forgot, half-cat. He could hear Aurora laughing at him from here.
Aurora couldn't have a clue as to what Nelphean was blundering, but was completely enthralled with her 'hero'.

"And you'll get your day to deal with him Darius. It's how life is. Sometimes, you have to suffer first, then enjoy life later. And in the end, the one causing your suffering always gets what coming to them. Ah, yes, I love karma." Laughing softly she looked to him again. "Seems this place does that that all around calming security effect on everyone who stumbles in."
Eclipse was staring at her. "Well, are you just going to lie there in the dirt or are you going to stand and shake yourself odd. Nothing worse than dirt in the fur, makes for horrible messes."

"NO thank you, but the sentiment is greatly apreciated." Eliad bowed. "I don't like food."Twilight answered with a smilw on her face. "Like I said she is very strange girl," Elias laughed as he stroked the young girls hair. This comment unfortunately prompted a more than playful smack in the back of Elias's head by the young wind spirit. "You know that hurt." Elias laughed
"Those girls are very strange creatures, they are not human yet they act more so, than most humans I have meet." Enoch commented as he eyed the meat that the young catgirl was preparing.

The magestic voice of her 'hero' echoed truth, she rose, and shoke up a strom. She sat and wagged her tail. "So, brave champion, you will protect me?" she tried to pose herself as a helpless maiden, "You will be my knight in shining armour?"

Bastet laughed silently at Nelphean. So you can fluster the elf, good to know. "Just you know the whole cat kill rat thing. I do eat fish though, that I embrace. I figured I would be different in front of non-cat creatures." She quickly put an array of flavorful spices on the steaks and prepared them in no time at all. They could still talk over the food anyway, steak cooks quickly.
She passed the food to Nelphean on a plate, slipped one under the table for the creature, and sat to pick at her own. She was careful with her legs under the table, so she did not bump the creature beneath it. "This house holds an array of creatures as well as people and spirits, it seems."

He couldn't help but laugh. "I need no armor and I do not wish to be a knight. Something about them that I never liked. And I doubt you'll need much protection, I mean look at you. What is going to want to tangle with you? Unless...they're odd of course."

"I'm happy as long as I'm not the one suffering last. Did you put a spell on this place to have that effect? Or is it all the people here, well most of them anyway, or nice. Karma is good for the suffering." He stodd up quickly and turned to Aura, "I think I'll wander some, maybe around the vaults again, Thank you Ms. Aura for everything." He smiled and walked calmly into the maansion.

Nelphean looked at the table, and sat beside Bastet. "Thank you Bastet for the food." He looked at the snake, "Are you aloud to have some friend?"
THe she-wolf felt hurt. Either he didn't mimic her feelings, or was to pos-modern. "Oh..." She said. Her tail stopped waging. Nelphean herd her internal tears....
He likes you.
SHe looked at her hero, who would not champion her. "Uh... Can you help me to fight better?" If I am to be on my own
Give him time, give him time. You are a new experince for him. How many shadow wolves have been here? Three, and one is dead. It was another male. Nelphean added... She really needed a positive female influence. Nelphean was causing her so much heart break... I still love you dearest.

Enoch made his way up the catgirl's leg, he was always a sucker for a good prank, although he had to admit that he was not aware, why perhaps it was just one of those things that he had been born with.

Aura nodded after Darius. "You're welcome Darius." She took a few moments to herself before walking into the manor. Her room was her destination, and of course she checked on where Eclipse was via mind link. Once satisfied he was alright, she settled herself for bed.
Eclipse stared at nothing for a moment as he processed what Aurahkah has said to him. His tail gave a swish and he looked back to Aurora. "Of course I can teach you. It won't be easy...but hey, you look like someone who's persistent. But not tonight...my wings are still in need of some healing, and Aurahkah calls. Quickest way back to the manor is to shadow walk, just lock onto Nelphean, and you'll be there. Goodnight Aurora." With a bark and a fluff of his wings, he turned from her, ran a few steps and disappeared into a shadow walk.
((Stupid school...see you all in vampire mode tomorrow.))

After a moment she realized that she was alone. She phased to Nelphean, and walked to his room. SHe felt like sleeping, the elf would be awake fore... who knows how long...
Nelphean eats the stake, oh how he loved food that wasn't in ration form. "Thank you again, sweet Bastet."

"I don't like meat, that way, I prefer to eat bugs and things of that nature." the snake answered, as he made his way across the floor and then made his way to Elias and wound his way around the massive mans arm. "My Lord," Enoch said as he wrapped his way around his masters arm.
'Coathl beasts very rarely eat my friend." Elias said as he sat on a chair, still smoking his chocalte smelling and tasting cigarette.

"No problem, I saved the manor from eminent doom." She flashed Nelphean another teasing smile, and commenced to eating her steak. She shrugged as Elias' party all dismissed the steak. "Clip will probably pull the injured puppy act on someone and eat it later. Mayhap he could share it with Aurora. It seems she would like that."

"My Sweet Bastet, you are an wonderful cook." Nelphean smiled bake to Bastet. I recognize that look... the same as Aurahkah's... OH well...

"Aurora would love to do anything with Sun Shadow." Nelphean stood, "I am sorry, but I must be going. I need to make shure something isn't in the process of ... exploding... " Nlephean bowed to Elias.
He turned to Bastet, and took her hand and kiss the thop of her knuckles. "Magic lessons later." He winked.
