"Better to have him yelling at Thobais than you, isn't that right Piper. You wouldn't want your Ahkah to get in trouble for mean old Clip dropping you, now would you?"

She giggled again, small hands gripping to the arch in the wolf's sings, ruffling the feathers there gently so as not to pull them out. "That's right. Even if you did get in trouble Ahkah, you'd be waaaaaaaay down on Daddy's list."

"IS that supposed to make me feel better Piper? I think he'd just take us two at a time, get the list done quicker." She laughed slightly and leaned forward, resting her elbows on her knees and her head in her hands as she watched the two play, Piper getting a 'wolf ride' from the winged creature.

Coban take you on two at a time? Seems his style, he likes yelling at groups. Then again I would just love to have you all fight to see who's right. It'd be great. Thobias verses Lotus, Jaxom verses Aurahkah, the four trouble makers go head to head in an all out- ow!" He stopped his ranting as he had bumped into a table.

Piper giggles again. "Silly Clip, bumping into tables.

Aura rolled her eyes. "You've been reading too many books again, you now that? Maybe you should stay away from the library for a while." She sat up, and leaned back in her chair. "Did mother tell you how long you could stay Piper?"

"She said until I feel sleepy, cause that means my energy is low."

Padding over to stand near Aurahkah, Eclipse sat, the small spirit on his back sliding off. "Okay...Clip is done being your ride, little Piper."

Piper stood, her hands clasped behind her back as she smiled up at Aurahkah happily, then ran back to the table and grabbed the album again, re-seating herself in Aurahkah's lap, flipping through pages, pointing to the Egyptian in them each time. "You always look so pretty in these Ahkah."

"A little bit of jewelry will make anyone look good Piper. Believe me." She flipped back a few pages and pointed to the picture that also held Piper. "See, you look pretty too in this one."

"Yeah...but you get to be in all of them. I only get to be in one."

Eclipse interjected before the little girl got herself in too deep to things she didn't need to know. "Come now Piper...would you really want to stand for all those pictures. Not too comfortable."

Bastet lay in the grass in a clearing, staring up at the early evening sky, watching as slowly, stars started peaking out in the sky. She laid there, liesurely, smelling the blood from the wound on her leg. It took it's time healing.

Finally her shaky legs rose and she gathered up her weapons, placing them in their spots on her belt. When she was ready, she walked briskly back towards the manor. Upon reaching it, she pushed the doors open and noticed Aurahkah and Eclipse sitting in the main room along with a little girl. Straining her ears, she heard someone else close by but not in sight. She shrugged and closing the door behind her she ignored her slightly bloody appearance, and smiled at everyone, "Good evening." Stopping at the transparent girl she watched her, "You must be another friend of Aura's, like Jaxom right?"

Nelphean heard Bastet's entry and smiled. This casue the wolf to cringe. Nelphean stood up, and creeped from shadow to shadow to the kitchen... and walked casually out, acting natural as ever.

"Good evening."

Seeing this as an ample oppertunity, Aurora shadowed behind Eclipse, and sat.

Aura turned a smile to Nelphean. "Evening to you too as well Nelphean. What have you been up to...you've been way too quiet."

Eclipse licked Bastet's cheek. "A minor mishap. Nothing to serious, the feathers will grow back in no time." Following her gaze he looked behind himself to spot Aurora. He gave her a bark in greeting.

Piper smiled brightly and then looked to Nelphean, and pointed to him. "Who's the guy with pointy ears?"

Piper walked over to Aurahkah, hiding behind her chair slightly. What he couldn't' see her or something...but Ahkah could see her, and Bastet could, and Clip could. Maybe she wasn't using enough energy.

Aura smiled and looked over to the side. "Are you just being shy...or are you scared, because Nelphean isn't scary...just odd at times."

"Well I was playing with magic...ended up creating a vicious copy o myself, battle ensued, wings are easy to bite at...and well yeah..." He splayed the torn feathered wings. "This is what you get."

"And he says it so off-hand-ish-ly, doesn't he?" Aura laughed, she then wrapped her arms around the little spirit who had once again made her self comfortable in Aura's lap. "You're not feeling tired are you?"

"No...I am fine."
