Larissa laughed and glanced at teh pendant again, "I'm sorry. I just think you're very pretty." She realized how silly it was, she was talking to fire and probably embarassin it more. "But then I think the grass is pretty and just the other day I had this desire to tell Janus how pretty the dirt looked." She chuckled, "I didn't because he probably would have looked at me like I was insane but I felt it." She shrugged and shook her head, she turned slightly and then smiled. Janus was nearby she could feel him. So she decided to mess with him. "Maybe. But when Janus' emotions get too intense they tend to get away from him. He can be quite the jerk sometimes. Imposing his will, tossin gpeople in the air without a care to their feelings, and those chains. He's like...I don't even know how to describe it. He just comes in and takes control." She smiled inwardly, knowing he'd get miffed at her description of him. "But I suppose we'll just have to wait and see. Personally I just watn him to find justice. I think it's wrong the way he hurt you and he needs to pay for his crime. I'm not too fond of Ko'Naar either but I think that's just the protective instinct coming out. You knlow the whole mother bear watching her cubs thing." She laid a hand over her flat tummy protectively and then waved a hand creating more flowers just for the heck of it.

Aiden blinked and shook her head lightly, smiling and laughing softly. Wow, Larissa's opinion just got a lot more detailed and negative didn't it? "Men with strong set ways, often can't break old habits. And those who know fire well or are kin to it often show those traits." She shrugged as if it was nothing to her really...
A nod from her at the whole mentioning of Ko'Naar...frankly, Aiden felt nothing for nor against the place...after all, she couldn't remember it and as far as she was concerned it really didn't exist. "Well...I'm sure he'll get his just rewards for his crimes, right?"

"He'll get them and then some."
Janus's voice reached out, and so did his chains, scooping up Larissa and bringing her over as he walked forward to carry pretty much right back to where she had been, using the chains just to spite her comments.
"In a few days, Ko'Naar will be no more. I'm going to burn it to ash and bury those ashes. and then..we're hunting him down. my people will find him. of the remenants of Ko'Naar will. becuase they'll blame him. I'll make sure they know who we were after, adn find that he had long since left. one way or another he'll be found..and we'll find out what he did to you. and I'll show him what a myth can really do."

She had been about to reply when Janus appeared and then she was grabbed and she rolled her eyes. When he returned her back to her boulder, she lifted an eyebrow, "see what I mean Aiden? Wannabe god thinks he owns the place." She tossed her head and shot a wink at the other girl, a smile on her face. And hten she rolled her eyes again. "Such violence, though I think you're right Aiden. He won't let himself kill the poor man until he gets an exact list of all his crimes against you."

"As I hear it, Gods like to know exactly what kind of crimes go on so that they may exact the due punsihment that a soul deserves." Agian with that knowledge on certain things though she didn't recall learning anything close to it of the sorts." A smile back at Larissa, the fire on her pendant jumping to the palm of her hand now as she idly rolled it around in a ball like motion...it was enjoying the play.

She grinned impishly and ran a finger along her lips, tapping gently. "True...but I almost forgot, he is just a wannabe god so I don't know if that still applies. Though in this case I would think so." She watched the fire closely wondering again what her baby would be like. Would he be fire or like her? And if he was like fire, would he be like Aiden, have a respect and a joy for it? She found herself wanting her baby to understand fire if that was her gift and cherish it just like Aiden did, not merely control it. of course if he was a nymph, then she would take over her training. "Aiden, can I ask a small favor? It doesn't have to be right now, but sometime..."

Aiden tilted her head, turnign her eyes away from the overly excitied from from fire in her palm, letting the flame ball roll to a rest where it simply sat still, flames dancing the way they always did but the fire seemed to burn a bit brighter. "A favor? What kind of favor?" Of course Aiden had no problem perhaps granting a favor...at least she'd feel useful.

"Well.." Larissa wasn't really sure how to ask this, it was quite difficult especially with Janus standing right there. "I don't know what my child is going to be, you know nymph like or be a fire elemental so I can't really say for sure if I'll even need your help." She paused her and stared down at the little daisy in her palm. "Basically...you understand fire in a way that no one else does and I was wondering if you might teach my baby to feel the same. You know, respect fire and it's wishes and not just control it. If he or she is fire based that is."

Aiden smiled, righted her head and gave a little nod, looking back to the fire that she was holding. Then a look back to Larissa. "I'm be happy to teach your child, should he or she be more inclined toward flame, to understand it...though I don't know how easy the task may be, I will still take it as you ask of me..." Another nod. "I know not many feel fire as I do, not even the elementals, and I think it would do the flames good to have more than just a phoenix's attention."

Larissa really couldn't help herself, she knew Aiden probably didn't want to be touched but she jsut reached out and grabbed her hands and squeezed. "Thank you so much. I know Janus wants to teach all the things about fire and all of that but he just doesn't understand fire the way you do and I think it would be good for my baby to respect fire in all it's beauty and destructive tendencies." She was grinning happily and she reached down with her other hand and patted her stomach, "Of course we have to wait a few more months before any teaching can happen but it means a lot htat you're willing to."

Aiden blinked oddly if touching was new to her...in a way it seemed so...after all, people didn't really pet other people too much and that was all she got from her other on touching. People often pet the phoenix and she thought it was a grand thing...unless they got the look to pluck feathers, then there would be pecking.
Another look to Larissa and a smile. Okay, Aiden didn't seem to mind the touching. "More than happy Larissa...fire is always looking for more companions that can fully comprehend what it thinks and feels."

Janus crossed his arms lightly. Well how do you like that. she was trying to replace him as the teach to thier child if thier pwers were fireborn like his. that got a bit of a dark look.
"We'll see."
Chains wrapped back like they sound have been, hands behind his back and he started back to teh Temple. How coudl she do that. take that away, if thier child was empowered by fire it was his right and his duty to teach them how to control it, how to master thier power. not Aiden's.

Larissa heard Janus and smiled, "Yes we'll just have to wait and see." She didn't notice that he was upset and because of that she didn't race after him to explain. In her mind everything was peachy keen adn she turned back to Aiden. "Well, thank you very much. Of course we'll have to be careful that we don't step on Janus' toes. He wants to train his child nad I don't blame him. It's his right. But there are some things he can't teach and I want you to take over in taht instance." She patted Aiden's hand and then idly swung her feet. "I wonder where Kale is."

Aiden only nodded her head. "But of course...after all, I can't control fire...and I never have. I merely ask of it...if it chooses to do what I ask then it does, if it doesn't than it doesn't. I dare say I'm more concerned with hurting it's feelings than making it do what I want it to do." No, Aiden didn't know how to master fire in the ways of controlling it at all.
Then a point behind Larissa to point out Kale who was sitting outside of Sh'Kaar, but had hsi front half gently leaning on Janus' temple.

Larissa nodded, "Exactly. Then my baby will get a well rounded education. Both the control and respect and just what he or she needs." She saw Aiden pointing adn turned around then laughed, "Wow...I didn't even see him. which is odd because as big as he is, he's kind of hard to miss." Seh was feeling very silly, since all she had to do was turn adn look adn she had the answer to her question. She'd even glanced back that way...hmm. Oh well. She chuckled again and then said, "Well Aiden, what do you say we go back and join them?"
