Kite got off the train from Sinnoh, where he had stolen the three pokemon, Turtwig, Starly, and Shinx.from that new trainer. Satisfied with his 'catch' he looked around the city. He saw a sigh that said "New Bark Town!" "So, I'm in Johto, huh?Might as well make the best of it." he said and turned around. He remembered the other pokeball he had found on the train under the seat. It had contained a Sneasel, so he decided to keep it as well, giving it the name Rayzor.

As Kite was walking, he tripped over something on the ground. e got up and turned to see what it was, expecting a sleeping pokemon or something. Instead, it was a Pokeball. He let out the pokemon inside and saw it was a Dratini! He smiled at his luck, finding another rare pokemon already. He was about to return the dragon type to it's Pokeball, but he noticed some nearby grass rustling.

Kite then got an idea. "Dratini, take care of this rodent, will you?" he said. Dratini seemed to disappear as it hit the Rattata with ExtremeSpeed. The Rattata easily was beaten. Kite was, to say the least, Surprised. Not to mention satisfied. "Good job." he said and returned it to it's pokeball. He continued on, satisfied with his new, powerful pokemon.
