Hey Lion, In real life I used to practice swordsmanship. Is there Any particular drills you'd reccomend? I used to stand still and without moving my feet have my friend throw balled up socks at eachother and try deflecting them. Anything else you'd reccomend?

Just spar with a partner. Its the best way to get and learn better.
