((Bamph it's a new day, just like that! Could we agree on that for the sake of saving this RP? Yes... Okay so here it goes.))

Senna opened her eyes and glanced over to where Bobby was sleeping. It was brighter outside... she could only assume that it was daytime. She pushed herself off the mattress getting up on her knees. From what she could tell Bobby was still sleeping. Trying to keep as quiet as possible she left the tent stepping out into the light of day. She took in a deep breath, the smell of dirt, animals, stand food and rain lingered in the air. The sky was gray, bright white, as if it were going to rain. Senna looked down kicking her heals into the dirt, pushing it forward a little before she walked around. It was almost aimless but maybe she could learn something new about this place, find others tents, maybe even find Siff.

"What is Today?"

She held out her hand recalled a few nights ago being about Thursday. She contemplated it counting what she knew on her fingers as actual days before she came to a solid conclusion.

"It's Saturday. So... I think I can keep track of the days."

She walked around the air was cool, almost 60 degrees Farenhiet if she had to guess. Senna shivered a little walking around. The stands were all empty, set up to go but empty. Their were balloons pinned to the backboard of a particular game with darts set out, while in another direction there was hoops set up with stuffed toys lining the walls. Lights were on in the booths, the only problem being there was no one to run them, no one to play the games or buy the food.

"This place is getting weirder and weirder. I almost feel as though this place is inhabited by ghosts more than anything."

She shook her head. Supernatural wasn't really her forte.

"Creepy."

The lights of the place weren't just on but were dim, flickering. Some lights she could hear buzz in and out. The colors on the signs faded beyond recondition almost, the dirt from the ground brown gray. Even Senna's clothes took on a pastel faded look of their own in a slight way. She continued further into the Carnival far away from Bobbies tent while drawing arrows in the dirt as to where she was going.

Senna soon found herself walking through a very narrow path between tents and the ground became uneven. She slipped through as quietly as she could stepping over rocks and getting to an opening. In the opening she found a small amount of color, on a sign above a small tent. The sign red William Siff in fancy cursive lettering.

"This is Siff's tent?"

she whispered to herself. She walked up to the tent opening the curtain to the front slowly.

"Sorry to bother you Will but..."

She drew back the curtain all the way to see an empty room. For some reason she expected him to be there, for something to be there.

"If this is his tent then where does he stay?"

Senna walked out disappointed. She felt hope that she had found Will but the fact that he wasn't there thoroughly killed it. She returned back to where the shows were. It was lightly sprinkling and her marks on the ground were already faded. Senna remembered the turns she made despite leaving the marks on the ground in case something like this were to happen. She jumped over into a booth to avoid the rain hiding under the table on the cool dirt. For some reason she felt tired despite what felt like a nights sleep when she woke up. "It must be the weather." She thought to herself trying to lift her mood a little.

Grace woke up from her slumber walking over to Bobbies tent.

"Bobby... pst... Bobby wake up."

She whispered at a slightly louder tone. Grace noticed that Senna had left the tent and was gone.

"Bobby, where's Senna?"

Grace cared about them, the kids and despite being told not to help them anymore she still wished to make sure that Bobby and Senna healed okay.

"I came to see if Senna's okay."

She whispered. Grace waited for the kid to roll around in bed to face her, or at least show her that he himself was okay. Knowing Siff he could have done something to the kid afterwards but it wasn't always so. There have been times where he was a little more lenient to his workers getting in trouble.

Bobby didn't move for a few moments. He was facing the back 'wall' of the tent, laying on his side. He grunted and picked himself up into a sitting position. He still faced away from the entrance as his elbow pressed into the mattress to support his weight. Slowly his head turned so he could see Grace out of the corner of his eye.

"She left... ten minutes ago."

He sat up more, taking the pressure away from his elbow.

"You didn't stop her. You know today is a show day right, we need to perform this afternoon. If she get's lost..."

Grace said walking up to Bobby's bed. She grabbed the blanket hanging off the edge and tugged at it.

"If we don't get her ready for the show, or these other new comers your parents won't be the only one's to be punished."

Grace knew that it would hurt Bobby to hear her mention his parents, but it wasn't something that she would let him hide. Maybe if she mentioned it, more often, he wouldn't be as phased by hearing it when Mr. Siff mentions it, which she was sure he would do to get what he wanted from Bobby. Grace felt as though she had to baby sit everyone to keep them on Siff's good side. Bobby's parents helped with that but now that they are gone she felt like it was all up to her.

"It wasn't th...-!"

Bobby turned abruptly to look directly at Grace and anger took to his expression for just a moment. His eyes were reddened, revealing that he had been crying. After a couple seconds, he dropped the upset look and just appeared tired. When the boy spoke again, his voice returned to it's lower cracked tone.

"I didn't... realize how late it was. I'm sorry."

"It's still morning, but judging by some of these other new comers we need to get them ready or they won't perform up to Mr. Siff's standards by this evening."

She stood back and gave a reassuring look to Bobby.

"I'm sorry Bobby that I mentioned them. I don't know much about acts, your parents were always the ones to help but right now... I think that if we worked together we can get our jobs done."

Senna sat waiting for the rain to stop under the table. She could see water pouring across the pale rocks towards her. She scooted away from it a little while trying not to get wet. It was obvious by the light rain that it wasn't going to stop soon. She got out from underneath the table facing the wall. She lifted her wings to protect her from the rain which poured through the once canvassed top of the booth.

Bobby planted his feet to the ground and started some stretches, not just from waking up but in preperation for the day's practice. He didn't speak for the time being, and he was clearly concentrating.

"I will leave you to get ready for the day Bobby... afterwards meet me in my tent. By then I will have hopefully found Senna."

Grace walked out into the rain not attempting to protect herself from getting drenched. To her the weather here was only an illusion and if she ignored it then it wouldn't effect her as much. She began searching for Senna walking towards the Big top first to see if she had gone there.

Bobby froze in a near split as he stared at the entrance where Grace disappeared from sight into the rain. He pulled back and sat down on the floor next to his bed and looked down. He listened to the sound of rain against the canvas of the tent, along with another arrive. The boy looked up to see the ringmaster standing in the entrance, and his eyes widened. He scrambled to his feet and backed up, his whole body shaking.

"Good morning, Bobby. Practicing for today's performance?"

He walked into the middle of the warm tent and crossed his arms.

"You knew the rules were worth the effort... but you decided to go against them anyway."

Siff could see the boy's chest heaving, and hoarse breathing indicated the kid's panic and anger.

"But what if I said you could perform with your parents again?"

Bobby held his breath, and if his eyes could widen any further, they would have.

"B-but... they're dead. You killed them."

Siff stepped a couple feet closer, causing the young acrobat to step and trip backwards to the ground. He scooted back so his back was against his bed. Bobby's shoulders turned so his right hand gripped the sheets on the mattress, like he was half expecting some kind of physical attack.

"True... but I can also bring them back. You want to see them again, and I don't want to loose my main act."

They maintained eye contact for what felt like a very long time, before Siff turned to go.

"Think about it."

He exited the tent, leaving a gawking Bobby behind.

((This is Maho... Borrowing Soul's account for a few minutes to post, her and I are actually sharing this post. XD ))

Senna turned hopping out of the booth. Her boots became covered in the mud. Senna felt a little depressed walking back towards the direction she came from. After some point the tents started looking the same when she came across the small area that led to Will's empty tent.

"I guess... I went the wrong way..."

She said to herself. Looking both directions Senna tried to get an idea of where she was. The rain almost showded the air with a fog, that hid most tall tents and lessened the distance she could see to around 60 ft. Both ways seemed to look the same and without visibility it was hard to even find where the Big Top was.

"Are you a little lost, Senna?"

William Siff leaned against a nearby poll.

"Can't be missing the show later today."

He calmly observed her reaction.

Senna turned on a heal to face him quickly. She showed an immediate face of surprise but snapped to a more guilty expression.

"Um... sorry Will. I'm just trying to find my way around."

She ran her fingers through her damp hair. She stood their nerviously crossing her arms. She was cold and it still hurt to talk a little from the injury.

Siff waved and indicated the way to go, if she was looking to get to the Big Top at least.

Senna smiled and walked up next to him. She glanced at him while walking by his side.

"Will... there was something else... well now a couple things I need to ask you."

She said softly and calmly to him. Senna hoped that Siff would answer her questions. A few came to mind. The first involving the being trapped at the carnival and the second about where he was during the accident, if he had anything to do with it. The tent was a smaller issue, not knowing where he would be in his spare time in the case of an emergancy. It was inconvenient for him to be missing during his workers time of need.

Will stole a glance. In essence he knew what kind of questions he'd be hearing.

"Will, you do realize that leaving this place is impossible... And someone mentioned you being behind all the missfortunes here. That can't possibly be true right?"

She asked curiously. Senna walked a little faster then Will to look him in the eye while he answered her.

He turned his head directly to her, holding the same calm expression.

"There are many things about this carnival you should know. A few policies and their repercussions."

He turned to look ahead to direction the walked.

"Will... if I should know then... could you tell me? Like how is it not possible to leave. Or.... well, I don't want to believe that your a bad person at all Will. And some of the workers of these place need to get out. The world is moving right past this place without a second glance."

Senna pulled out a cell phone showing Will. She hadn't thought about her cell phone until now. It's screen was slightly cracked but it should still be in working condition.

Siff looked at the device, then back at her.

"...if you hadn't realized by now, Miss Scarlet Angel. These grounds are cursed. There is no leaving, no rebelling, and absolutely no discussing the abnormalities that occur here. With other workers or with any guests."

His tone was suddenly firm, and an almost undetectible amount of anger laced his voice.

Senna felt a little afraid by the tone of his voice for some odd reason. She almost could swear there was a hint of anger in his voice. "Is he being defensive?" She thought to herself. It most certainly felt like it.

"Will... please... if I could know where to find you if there was an emergancy..."

She looked down before looking back up at him. The ground was still wet but it seemed to have stopped raining. A light fog still lingered in the air. She turned back to look at him, his blue eyes to her looked deep and unforgiving.

"If you could give me that. I promise to only keep it for emergancies."

He looked away, and up. They had reached the entrance to the big top, and he opened it up for her to walk through.

"Call for me here."

Grace heard Senna's voice at the big top. She arrived and had been waiting for several minutes for her to arrive.

"Senna..."

Her voice called.

Senna heard the woman call her name. She turned to look at Siff after entering the tent only to notice he was gone. A shiver drew its way up her back causing her stance to straighten. She stood by the entrance... a quick pull of the canvas door open and a quick look. He was gone. She turned back to the woman who had healed Bobby and her the night before.

"We need to get you an act for this afternoon."

Grace said smiling she gestured for her to come over.
PostPosted: Mon Jul 04, 2011 1:36 am

"Hi... Grace."

"Senna we need to head to my tent first. I promised Bobby we would be there."

Grace stepped towards the door. She saw the way Senna was acting and could only assume that she was talking with Siff. He was the only person here who had the tenacity to leave when no one was expecting it. She walked towards the door, seeing only Senna's footprints leading to the door.

"Siff talked to you?"

Grace pointed out. If it weren't obvious.

"I don't really get Will. He confuses me. Something about him seems deep and uncaring but at the same time... intelligent, and thoughtful. Maybe it's just me."

"It's just you. Did you for once think that he cared about you the way you care about him?"

Grace began walking towards her tent leaving Senna the initiative to follow her.

Senna was still for a few seconds processing what Grace had just said. She didn't feel that her feelings for him was that obvious. She got several paces behind Grace and began moving to not be left behind.

"..."

Senna blushed a little walking behind Grace. She didn't answer her. There was a small part of her that wished that she did have a chance with him, but it is equally matched with her feelings of trying to get away from him.

"Yea I am sure the sherlock of a Ringmaster we have has figured it out too. He knows everything that goes on around here. Although our own tents seem a little more private than in the isles and the bigtop."

Grace kept walking. It was minute before she looked back at Senna.

"Senna I wouldn't get involved with Siff. As much as you would like to, it's not a good idea."

Senna kept to herself the small walk to Grace's tent. She didn't feel comfortable talking about her feelings for will. She followed Grace up to a nice tent. It had a double canvas top with double doors. The tent was a little more sturdy and had dark blue stripes with a red faded cross on the front. It appeared to be a medical tent, but she lived in it. Senna walked through the doors as Grace held it open. The tent only had one entrace that was two layers of curtains that tied shut.

Grace walked in behind Senna letting the doors flap shut loosly.

"I like being alone. If anyone needs my help I just have them come here."

She stated. Grace walked over sitting on a bed. Her place had many layers of fabric all around even over her bed. A bunk with curtains hanging in front drawn back at the moment. Not that she was anti-social but Grace felt that she needed all this to keep away from Siff.

One of the door flaps opened up again, and Bobby stepped into the tent. He was very pale, and the look on his face was one of great stress, but he continued inside towards the other two.

((So I am spending the 4th of july with soul. We shared m account this time for a post ^^/ ))

"Hi...

Grace looked over towards her door.

"Bobby.... What's wrong your morning practice doesn't stress you out that much does it?"

Senna didn't notice when he first walked into the room but now that Grace had mentioned it Bobby did look a little under the weather.

Bobby stopped near them, but avoided eye contact entirely. His voice came out wraspy.

"I don't want to talk about it."

Senna stood there and felt sorry for him. She didn't want to ask him a for a tell all about his problems but she wanted to find some way to help.

"Bobby... if you ever need anything I'm here and I'm sure Grace will be here for you too. If you need us."

Senna said calmly and in a caring tone.

Grace rolled her eyes for hearing Senna say that.

"I'll be here for you as long as I can Bobby."

She said almost admittedly. Grace knew that Siff could at any moment take her or any other member of this circus's life. She couldn't promise that she would always be around, since she probably wouldn't be able to keep it.

Bobby nodded, his eyes still set to the corner of the tent.

Senna sighed seeing Bobby's accepting nod. Senna pulled out her cell again to check the signal that they got on in the place. It was a raging 4 bars of service. "Let's see..." She turned on her phone bringing it up to the messaging part. It was a track phone so it wouldn't do much. Her phone had the ability to take pictures, call and text and that was about it.

"I only have 5 minutes left."

"Five minutes of what?"

Grace asked looking at the strang contraption in her hand.

"My Call minutes. Then they're completely out."

"Call minutes? What is that thing?"

Grace stood back from Senna unsure of whether or not she liked what Senna held.

Bobby finally looked toward the two, at the thing she held. Senna was telling him of things he'd never seen or heard before.... was this one of them?

Senna place it back in her pocket turning it off. She wanted to save it for emergancies, in case Grace wasn't able to help or for whatever purpose.

"It's a cell phone. It allows me to talk to other people who have phones. Everyone is assigned a special number to call. I don't have many numbers on my cell but the most important one is 911. It's for emergancies."

Bobby blinked and stared at the device all the way up until it was placed back in Senna's pocket.

"So Siff allows you to have that device. It's a connection to the outside world right?"

Grace said still sitting on her bed. A way to call out, a way to talk to someone. The only question in her mind was if it was possible to call someone who couldn't be affected by the carnival far away. Someone who could come help tear this place down and free everyone inside.

"I guess I'd call it that. But like I said it only has 5 minutes, not enough time for texting and barely enough time to waste on it just chatting. I would like to save it as a last resort."

Senna said. She pulled out a scarlet colored velvet back from her pocket. She remembered Grace telling her that she needed to get a show together and assumed that it was for talking about that. Her bag contained some small colorfull fireworks. She only need to levitate the small spheres, have them bump into each other in the air un noticed to cause colorfull sparks of light. They were completely re-usable by all means but needed replacing after awhile.

"Bobby, I want you to show Senna around before she starts practicing. I also want you two to get everyone started on getting ready for this afternoons show."

"Ok."

Bobby turned first to exit the tent. He was distracted, distant, like something else was completely occuping his thoughts.

Senna turned to Bobby to follow him out of the tent. She still held the bag in her hands. She walked ahead of the kid opening the curtain in front of him. They exited the tent entering the strip.

"Bobby if you want, I could perform with you... I am not the most amazing acrobat but I can do it... or maybe... you could help me in an act."

"Um, maybe."

He thought a moment about it, and he liked the idea a little... but what Siff said continued to claw at his mind.

"You don't have to make up your mind right now, but at least you will have time to think it over..... So who are we going to see first?"

Senna said. She was trying to get a conversation going with Bobby, get him to feel open to her.

Bobby turned his head to look at her as they walked.

"I was thinking maybe going down the main strip and a couple of the side ones too- get to know where some of the stands are."

Seth spoted Bobby and Senna conversating with each other and wondered if he should interrupt them or not.I knew he had been a jerk the night before to everyone and he should think about his actions more before he did them.He sighed and decided to walk up to the two and pour his sorry heart out.He kept his head down as he approched his freinds or at least he still hoped they were friends."Hey...Senna...Bobby...I'm really sorry about everthing. If I wasn't here none of this would of happened. If theres anyway I can make it up to you two please let me know."He said in a serious kind of low tone but not low enough because he wanted them to hear him out.

Senna smiled at the sight of Seth although he appeared to be upset about something. She waited for him to reach them. When he spoke it became obvious that the recent events bothered him.

"Don't say that about yourself Seth... They were accidents."

Senna paused for a moment realizing that she hadn't gotten a strait answer from Will. He told her not to break the rules that he had stated but he never truly answered any of her questions that she asked. She shook her head in disbelief for a moment, almost upset herself for not having talked longer with Will.

"Anyway, I would love it if you stuck around with Bobby and I today."

Seth nodded."I understand."He smiled a bit as he began to walk beside the too."Hey...theres going to be a big show tonight...I'm just going to say we all need to be careful."He gave them a worried glance wondering what terrible things were going to occur tonight.

Bobby glanced at Seth out of the corner of his eye. He could tell that Seth was being more precise on how he worded things.

"I was showing Senna around the carnival."
