Ben Folds Five - Fair

My heart goes out to these lyrics. t___t

Well, he shouted out his last word,
and he stumbled through the yard.
She shattered her last china plate,
and spun off in her car.

When he lunged onto the hood,
she stopped to tell him she'd been wrong.
He was thrown head-over-heals
into the traffic coming on.

But then, all is fair...
All is fair in love.

Did you get my other letters?
Sometimes I think I ought to call
Cause I often wonder
if you open them at all

Every couple of nights or so,
You pop into my dreams.
I just can't get rid of you
Like you got rid of me

I was doing my best
Cause God knows he's seen my worst
Yeah, well, all is fair
All is fair in love.

All this breathing in,
Never breathing out.

Well, I guess she made her way through the mob
too late to hear him say
that he'd gotten all he wanted:
a crowd to watch him bear the pain
he'd been keeping in.

So what?
So what, all is fair
All is fair in love.

That's a really nice song Sirius heart

Mozart ~ Violin Concerto Number Three

Classical music.... almost always a safe bet = )

I've said this before, but I love your taste, Ayuta. x]

Beethoven - Piano Sonata No. 8 in C minor "Pathetique"

All three movements are uber memorable golden oldies, but the first movement is JUST. SO. INCREDIBLE. I wish I could compose something this crazy. t___t Kind of makes me wonder why Moonlight Sonata is so popular... It's nice, but it's so boring. Pathetique kicks Moonlight's a** and rubs it til it bleeds.

You have a great taste in music too Sirius n__n And I can't argue with your analysis of Pathetique against Moonlight Sonata xD

Breathe In ~ Frou Frou

I think this is a proper song for today..... just relaxing and beautiful. Amplifies that immense calm I feel and just is generally addictive. A proper herald for new feelings ~

crown of love by the arcade fire. i'm in love with this song and it kind of pisses me off because i knew this really snotty guy who was all over the arcade fire's d**k a couple of years ago before they were big, and i don't like proving him right. but he was, dammit.

f*****t - Mindless Self Indulgence

I love MSI. I can't explain my liking for this song, or any other MSI songs. Half of the time, I don't understand the lyrics (I know what they say, but the words just don't make sense really) and the other half I listen to it too loudly to make out anything except the music (no lyrics, just the beat-y bits :D).

But it is a quite nice song. n__n

Dogs ~ Pink Floyd

My personal favorite song of the band. With a play time of 17:08 you'd expect a bit of repeating but there is none.... just a constant classic rock tour de force. From beginning to end the whole song just strings together beautifully.... and the last two minutes are just superb <3

Santa Clara Vanguard - Phantom of the Opera (1989)

Their best show ever. I'm getting into more drum cadence and drum corps stuff now. o_o;

Have the rules for this thread changed? o_O [/dumb]

Creep - Radiohead

This is my random angst song.
It makes me feel better without having to listen to screamo. n__n
Besides, how can you go wrong with, "So ********' special, I wish I was special. But I'm a creep. I'm a weirdo. What the hell am I doin' here? I don't belong here."? EVERYONE feels like that sometimes. It just describes the general teen life. D:

David Bowie ~ Golden Years

It's got a great danceble beat xd

Simone, A lot of MSI's old songs don't make sense because they don't mean anything... from what I gather at least.

Love love Radiohead. Never heard a song by them that wasn't good.

Paranoid Android - Radiohead

I think it's like 3 short songs strung together to make one awesome one. One of my favorites. "I may be paranoid, but not an android."

Right Here - STAIND

This is the song that's on my myspace profile and the ringtone for when my guy calls, just because it's a really really good song. Aaron Lewis has a really good voice IMO, and he's really good at putting emotion in his songs.
I mean, sure, the only emotion you really get from him is sadness...but it's still really really pretty.

If they made sense or meant anything, I'd like them less. IT'S COOL FOR RANDOM BLABBING TO HAVE MUSIC BEHIND IT. :D

I've only heard Creep. n____n im cool like that

If I Were Gay - Stephen Lynch
rofl

"And if I were gay, we would tear down the walls. But I'm not gay, so won't you stop cupping my ba...hand?"

It's an awesome song. Stephen Lynch has a nice voice and he's ******** hilarious.

...my boyfriend sings that song to me all the time. I've never heard the actual real version of it, but just from him singing it...So. Funny.
