Nelphean's spell concluded, sending forth a flash of light. Both shadows multiplied into several shadows, blurring to create the illsuion the the real wolf was moving away from the other, sixteen images danced about the field...

Phea's eyes widened at the spell, she thought the two were hard to deal with...but now Nel was thinking he could create more.

Pheaura turned to what was infront of her. SHe sat down and closed her eyes concentrating on her dear friend. "Eclipse," she called gently with her mind, "I am here, to help. use my energy, to help. It is pure and angelic, use it. I offer it to you to help you."

Pheaura nodded. She concentrated on getting rid of Nelpheans spell. She erased the mirages one by one with her minds eye until there was nothing left excpet the two quarreling beasts again. "Eclipse, tell me...how can I help?"

One would wrench himself from the other and charge, slamming into the others side, sending both tumbling back to the lake and sliding just into the edges of the water. The water they were in would shine an even brighter blue as metallic azure blood would mix with the liquid and float on it's surface. "You're an angel-" A series of barks would ensue, followed by growls and splashes breaking up thoughts as whichever was the real one fought for self preservation. "you can dispel-" At least he couldn't die, seeing as his life was connected to Aurahkah's. But neither could his copy, at least not easily. "the very darkness with the swipe of a blade." A whimper would sound and both would be thrown to the grass. "Take us both down!"

Aura would bolt up from sleep, panting. A perfectly done happy dream had turned violent to her and unexplainable. She looked around herself in confusion till her eyes fell on Nelphean who was on the floor. Aura slid off the couch to kneel at his side, a hand resting on his shoulder and giving him a shake. "Nelphean?"

Pheaura shook her head, "I can't kill you Clipse...can't, won't! I refuse to! Aura would never forgive me, and i wouldn't forgive myself." She refused to kill her friend. She was unaware of the tears streaming down her face.

Bastet stretched and got up from the bed. She went through the motions of cleaning harself up, and changing into simple black pants and a red halter, leaving her feet bare as always.

Stretching one last time she left her room and wlaked down the now mostly repaired hallway, only becoming alert when she heard voices and noises. Stopping at the library, where she heard the closest voice. Upon entering she saw Nelphean lying on teh floor, with Aura standing over him. She walked up to them and kneeled beside Aura. "What the? What happened?" She closed her eyes and listened further. "I hear noises from outside as well. Do you know anything?" Wanting to know what had happened before she rushed into things, she watched Aura carefully.

Pheaura took a deep breath, she hopped Aura would forgive her. She concentrated all her engery into a balde in hr hands. SHe slowly rose and moved to the beasts. Without hesitation she dahsed at the pair and sent the balde through the darkness.
