She looked up sharply, "... Don't even think something like that Oni." she said lowly, "I have faith in Hiei-sama and until I'm dead I will continue to follow his orders..." she trailed off, "Besides... it's just a matter of finding a loophole or two.." she smiled softly at Oni.

Oni looked at Ashira. She gave her a small look that said 'thats really dumb', then glanced back at Hiei and Taji. She began to look around the hall, trying to come up with a plan.

Taji was thrown hard against a wall. He grit his teeth hard as he slid down. Picking up the sword he had dropped, he jumpped back into the frey.
Hiei was fairing better, though he still sported a few cuts and scrapes.

foxyboy_chan aelliflame Yoko grinned his eyes glinting, "It would be best if you took care of him, we already have enough to question." ((Who are you talking to? gonk and refering to? gonk )) (He's talking to Chris. They're taking care of the last of the mercenaries and don't know about the bird demon yet.) Chris nodded and headed in the direction of the last mercenary who was snoring fairly loudly. Chris rolled his eyes and quickly disposed of the demon, eager to get back to the girls.

((She should react, what if the bird demon is another mercenary. Even though the bird demon is down, she can (Oh she looks human form ish) kill anyone next to her if she decides to wake up again, you know that right? gonk ))
"Maybe, because he threatened your pack or something?" replied Botan, thinking the question was asked towards her. (she's slow sweatdrop )

Yoko nodded and lifted the mercenaries they were going to question onto his back ((They're tied up)) and walked off towards the girls. "Um, hello. Who are you miss?" he asked the bird demon setting the snoring mercenaries down.

The bird demon awoke. Her black eyes darting open as she saw Yoko-sama.
"Yoko-san?!" said the bird demon as she tried to stand up, flinched, then fell back onto Botan's arms.
"Miss bird demon?!" said Botan scared as she started to fan the bird rapidly.
"I-I'm okay. I found refuge now. I though RyuKaze was... after... me ... again..." said the bird struggling to talk, and even more struggling trying to stand, much less bow to Yoko-sama.
"Um! I think you should rest!" said Botan trying her hardest to keep the bird down.
"But that's distrespectful!" said the bird shooting a glare at Botan as Botan cringed but then kept holding on making le bird get a rid tint all over her face.
"What's wrong?! Do you have a fever now?!" asked Botan as the bird managed to say something. Mumbled it really. Loud enough for everyone to hear though.
"My name is Tori," she said as she fainted onto Botan's arms.
"Tori-san?!" exclaimed Botan as she looked around frantically.

Yoko looked at Botan, "Botan can you take miss Tori to another room and have Yoru ((Random servant)) watch over her until she's strong enough. When you take her there please come back. The halls should be safe because I can't sence any other mercenaries within my domain."

Oni watched as Taji was thrown against the wall. She frowned and glanced over at Hiei as he fought. She gripped the dagger in her hand tightly before bringing it up and throwing it at the enemy infront of Hiei. The dagger zoomed past Hiei's shoulder and into the intruders neck. She yelled something and the dagger zoomed back to her hand. Quickly she pulled out another piece of metal and morphed it into another dagger. She handed it to Ashira. "Throw it at anything that isn't Taji or Hiei-sama."

Ashira bit her lip and threw the dagger at a assasin coming up behind Taji. "Thanks Oni."

"Please, go on with your buisiness, I'll be back as soon as I can..." said Botan struggling to carry the demon, seeing as her wings weighed her down, and Botan wasn't a strong character. "Right, I'll leave as soon..... as I can.....move her...." said Botan as she noticed that the bird had become a lot heavier than before. "Um, I think.... a spell?" thought Botan as she saw a mark of a spell hidden cleverly on the cardinal's hand, which was usually covered by the hakama's sleeve. "Someone is trying to crush Tori-san!" said Botan panicking as she looked around frantically.

She continued to throw the daggers, then call them back. She leaned against the wall, becoming tired from all of the metal morphing she had been doing. She handed Ashira another dager and took a deep breath.

RyuKaze looked down at his glass of water as he tapped his fingers lightly on the table he was sitting at.
"What is the matter master?" asked his servant (what's his name again...) as he put some treats on the table for him.
"Those mercenaries are taking way too long to finish off Hiei-san, that annoying, winged-brat Taji, and the women Ashira-san and Oni-san..." said RyuKaze as he looked into his glass intently, as if he could see something. "But it seems that the girls are wearing down, and they can't take it anymore, but the mercenaries can't either. I'll just have to go and deal with it myself..." said RyuKaze as he stood up. His glass of water reflected everything that was happening, hence he wasn't drinking any of it.
"Master, might not I go? I'm more than enough for them. Why don't you send someone to take care of the others as well? It seems that they have all gathered at Yoko-san's palace. Oh! I just got a brilliant idea! If I can scare Hiei-san and his minions out of his palace, they would go to Yoko-san and walk right into our trap. You can kill them all in one attack..." said his servant as he smiled at his master.
"Great idea.." said RyuKaze as he stretched out his wings. "Make sure you don't kill that wold princess girl and the bird prince boy," said RyuKaze as his servant had turned to leave.
"Don't worry, I'll try my hardest to resist the urge," said his servant smiling a toothy grin as RyuKaze smiled back.
"Right. Now go," said RyuKaze as his servant bowed and disapeared.
