Bastet jumped out of bed and stretched her stiff appendages. "I have to stop having irregularly long cat naps." She shook her head and yawned rather largely. Standing in front of the mirror she improved her appearance to the best of her abilities and finally stepped out of her room and strolled won the hallway.

Upon hearing voices in the kitchen, Vincent, Aura, and someone she did not know, she walked liesurely into the kitchen and spied on the group. Raising an eyebrow at the elf, she walked to Aura who was muttering quite angrily. Once close enough to Vincent, she was able to smell a difference which caught her curiosity. "Hello."

Slipping into Ancient Egyptian, she spoke to Aura, "An elf, and someone who looks like Vincent? And you muttering our favorite nickname? Explain, or do you just need your morning coffee?"

Aura turned her eyes and a smile to Bastet. "Well...the panahasi...he's Alexander, Vincent's twin brother, on further note that subject Vincent not a vampire. And the elf, the Nelphean, he's a sweet talker, be careful. And no, I don't need coffee..."

"Basically they're their both liars. But I love one so he's off the hook, but that one..." She jerked a thumb in Alexander's direction, "A khalid shushu esho sokkwi chigaru atsu..." Aura smirked and then perched on the edge of the counter.

While the conversation comenses, Nelphean's eyes slide over to the new exotic beauty that entered the kitchen. A Catfolk, a lady cat folk... Nelphean's eyes slde back to Aurahkah.

I wonder which cahracter the Cat likes

This new language was odd, very primitive.

"Why do I have the feeling I am the youngest person in the room."

"That is certainly a change." The elf was fairly young, and he had all eternity to enjoy it, well, untill his next untimely death... The Grey Mists saved him... That was odd, why would they do that?

Nelphean notices the tail. He smirked. Later...

"That certainly sounds like him. If the ranting gets too annoying, you could always make him little and have his voice change so it is at least slightly amusing to you." She flopped at the table and fiddled with the edge of it, idly tracing a claw across a pattern.

Finally she looked up at the elf, "Well, you are not spoken about so harshly. How old are you anyway? What brings you here?"

"I do not remember my exact age, but that is from pure laziness. I have not traveled to other planes, it has simply been too long." She nodded and thought about it for a moment,"The Mists? That is a vague and mysterious answer. But still perhaps the only answer you will give." She turned to lay sideways across the chair and stare at the ceiling, letting her tail hang to the ground and flick back and forth every once in a while.
