Iruka turned around and hugged Kakashi. He buried his face into Kakashi's chest, muffling his own voice a little,"I know the risks of being in a relationship. And I haven't really seen you in any relationships so I don't really know how you act in them, but, I am willing to risk it. Isn't that what love is? The ability to be willing to risk everything you have just to be near that certain person?" Iruka pulled back a little and looked up at Kakashi,"I understand if you feel that you haven't done good enough or something of that sort. I honestly don't care what you have done in bed in your past. What is done is done and there is nothing I can do to change it. I can't wait longer if you need me to." Iruka decided against telling Kakashi that he would wait forever if he had to. He didn't think that that would help Kakashi think.

Kakashi looked down at the chuunin, practically buried in his chest and his heart clenched painfully. He was perfectly willing to take risks. But Iruka shouldn't be taking the same risks! Kakashi was much more of a liability if anything! He could die at any given time. He had to stop himself from making some sort of incredulous noise when Iruka mentioned his lack of relationships in the past. It wasn't a big shock that he hadn't heard anything about Kakashi's past lovers. Most people wouldn't bother mentioning anything that happened between them. He'd always made it a point to keep out of serious relationships. He pulled Iruka closer to his body, feeling both protective and vulnerable at the same time.
"I feel like I'm shoving us in a corner of sorts with this." Kakashi said after a moment, moving his hand back to Iruka's hair, running his fingers lightly through it as he spoke. "I want this. I want a real relationship. You said you've never had any relationship before. I mean, I know you've never even, yeah." He stopped, his fingers pausing briefly in their methodic movement before he continued speaking and stroking Iruka's hair. "But I guess if you leave all that out I've never done this either. It's new, caring...that sounds stupid, I'm sorry. You must think I'm awful. You've cared about people for...well ever. It's harder for me. But I care about you. And I want to do this, but I think that's why this is harder for me...to just jump right into this. Especially since I want to...you HAVE to believe I want to!" Kakashi stressed, running his hand from Iruka's hair to his cheek and catching his gaze.
"I just want to make sure we're clear is all. You know...you know I don't exactly live the safest life right?"

I know your siblings will worry about you, so I will consent to share you with them, occasionally. But you are mine!" Lee's possessive streak was growing wider as his mind imagined people taking his Gaara away from him.

Iruka gave Kakashi a soft smile. Hearing all of what he said told him that he did in fact care. He reached up and caught Kakashi's hand in his own. He held it against his cheek and leaned on it,"Kakashi, don't worry so much about it. It is a new experience for the both of us I am sure. We just have to make sure that the both of us are clear about what is happening. You aren't causing me problems with your worries." Iruka turned his head and kissed the palm of Kakashi's palm. He turned again to look at the silver-haired Jonin.
"No ninja really lives a safe life. I know that you are constantly in danger, but, that won't stop the feelings I have for you, Kakashi. If anything, it strengthens them."

"Of course you aren't. And nether am I. But, don't you think your cloak is basically a give away?" Kabuto followed Itachi's nearly hidden gaze to his own feet. What was so interesting about his feet? Kabuto let a small sigh escape his lips,"Sometimes, the security around this place saddens me." He didn't know exactly why he said that, he just felt the urge to make small talk, which confused him even more.

"Forgive me for my misuse of words. I meant to say, cover -for- the citizens. If they saw me, and reported me, they know I'd come hunt them down, and they know I'd take them out."
-Itachi decided to let Kabuto have his required satisfaction. He grabbed the rim of his hat and silently removed it, throwing it aside as it spun through the air like a frisbee into the forest. They were cheap things. Whispers swept through the crowd's like a plague as Itachi spoke to Kabuto.-
"Why do you tread on this land?"

"You can be a little selfish if you want." Gaara said, grinning as he imagined Lee attacking Kankurou or Temari...not actually hurting them seriously...he grinned wider and kissed Lee's earlobe sloppily, biting it after a moment, running his tongue along the edge.
Kakashi nodded, pressing his forehead against Iruka's. "All right, I needed to be sure you were sure...or something like that..." Kakashi tilted his head slightly and brushed his lips lightly against the chuunin's. "Guess I really ruined the moment though, didn't I?" Kakashi asked, pulling away with a sheepish smile. Despite this, he felt better. Iruka really wanted this. He really wanted him. He really loved him. It was a nice feeling to say the least.

Iruka slipped his arms around Kakashi's neck and smiled,"It's all right. Don't worry about it. It won't kill me to wait longer." Iruka cuddled up against Kakashi and planted a soft kiss on his neck. Iruka looked at the man in front of him,"I love you, Kakashi."

Kabuto nodded. He knew what that was like. Having to kill someone because they found out who you really were. It got old. If there was no conflict being caused, was the panic really that needed?
"You don't need to apologize." Kabuto had a temptation to run his finger's through Itachi's hair. The desire didn't show in any way shape or form in Kabuto's physical appearance. He held back the thought and continued to look at Itachi. Wow, he was short.
"Informational purposes."

Lee shivered at the kiss, and dug his fingers into Gaara's side, pulling him closer to return the kiss. Lee smiled at the sight of Gaara's widening grin. Making his precious redhead smile was one of his favorite things to do. It meant he'd done something right.

Kakashi nearly trembled as elation coursed through him. This was real and it wasn't going to go away. He was going to make sure of that. He wrapped his arms tightly around the chunnin in response to his cuddling, and kissed him soundly on the lips. As he pulled away he grinned foolishly, something he swore only Iruka would ever see...though looking back he tended to look foolish quite a bit more than he wanted to...thank heaven for that mask..."Love you too, Iruka." He said happily.
Suddenly, the small child that lurks inside of everone, the one that tends to stay far too close to the surface in jounins due to their often perilous and very grown up childhood, decided that the situation was getting far too mushy and lovey for it's liking. Kakshi dipped his head down swiftly and blew a mouthful of air onto Iruka's exposed chest with a 'pffffttt.' He pushed himself back up to the chunnin's face quickly, planting frantic, little kisses along his neck and chin before finally reaching his lips again. No, Kakashi couldn't explain himself. He'd gone his whole life figuring out ways not too...he just had to hope that Iruka was willing to understand that he'd begun a relationship with someone who apparently had the mental stability of the students he taught. Kakashi winced. Why did he have to go and do things like this?
Gaara's eyes widened happily when he realized that Lee liked it when he smiled...most people either fainted on the spot or ran away in terror. The stimulation of the mere fact that Lee was there...and conscious!...was enough to drive Gaara over the edge. He latched himself on to Lee in every way possible. His arms tightened around the taller boy's torso, painfully tight, painful for him because he couldn't hold on tight enough. His hands grasped frantically at Lee's hair, his skin, the fabric of his clothes, Lee was everywhere and everything and...
The timer on the oven began to sound and suddenly Gaara knew what hell was. Hell was an eternity of oven timers beeping in his ears while he lay, all alone on a cold kitchen floor. "Numpmh." he moaned into Lee's chest, moving up to his neck, sucking at it as he did. He didn't want to let Lee go!
