"I'd be surprised if it didn't get used as a projectile courtesy of one angry Niah. She shook her head and started into the manor. "I suppose I do have to go look anyway, my responsibility when it all boils down to it. Come on Nelphean."

Eclipse gave a bark and followed after Aurahkah, talking and looking over his wings at Nelphean as he walked. "Hey at least the kitchen is the only modified place. Aurahkah isn't fond of electricity at all, but the kitchen has it. She says its too unreliable." He whimpered as he suddenly slammed into a chair as they were passing through the great hall towards the kitchen. "Ow..."

"Shadow, I expect more from you." He laughed gently at the impact. Nelphean noticed the term electricity. Lightningbolts power the kitchen? "Do I distract you that much, Sun Shadow?"

Nelphean kept his eyes on Aurahkah, to see how she would react.

Aura had stopped briefly, turning to look at Eclipse with a soft laugh. "You should really look where you're going dear." Another shake of her head and she walked over to the wolf. Crouching down and placing a hand on head head, rubbing at his ears. "Didn't hurt yourself badly did you?"

Eclipse nuzzled her head. "Got a hard head remember?" He turned his head to Nelphean as Aurahkah's hand left his head and she continued on into the kitchen. "Sun Shadow? I've never been called that before." He cocked his head to the side, much like Aurahkah herself often did. "Distract me...maybe, I've never been around an elf before. I find you on certain levels to be very fascinating."

"I have never know a shadow who had conscous thoughts before." Nelphean smiled, hoping that wouldn't insult the wolf. "An Eclipse, a Sun Shadow." Nelphean paused. "Sun Shadow rolls off my silver tongue, perhaps because you are a light, yet made from shadow... Or, an Eclipse." Nelphean spoke softly. Trying not to stare at the pretty girl was difficult, Think about something else...

"So, how does it look?", Nelphean asks, still partially in outside the kitchen. Was Nelphean jealous of the attention the wolf recieved from Aurahkah? His face cleared. No, not jealous, just quiet.

Elias rose from his sleep with a start, he removed his obsidian blades from there hilts in his back and swung them around towards an enemy that wasn't there. "I really should stop sleeping in the middle of the forest," he said as he rose slowly from against the tree where he had been so soundly sleeping. The banshee twins had dissapearead back into the wind where they did belong. He looked up at the manor once more, the place once again screamed of ancient powers. Returning the blades back to the place in his back, he knocked on the door once more and crossed his hands over his massive barrel chest, he was curious to see who would answer the door, but as always he kept his trusted blades close at hand just in case, he had learned to be catious in his many years of travels.

"Interesting. Yet funny...Aurahkah chose my name for me because of the exact way you described it. Appearance of a shadow, and yet truly a light. She always says that's how I got my name, she pulled it right from the heavens." He shook out his fur and walked off into the kitchen, sitting down and swishing his tail, fully expecting some handouts.

Aura surveyed the space. Seems like the worst Alexander and Niah had done, was continue on with their yelling at each other. She nodded and actually let out a sigh of relief. Aura called out to Nelphean. "Its still intact. Which is good." Walking over to the refrigerator, she opened it and grabbed something random, giving it to the wolf who was sitting rather patiently.

Hears the door being assulted. "I didn't charm anyone here? Why are the farmers always chasing me away. All I do is treat their daughters with the up most respect..." Nelphean stopped his thought. This might be "flirting"... "Door, maybe you should answer it, I tend to be imposing."
PostPosted: Sat Nov 27, 2004 8:24 pm

"Not imposing. You're just to self conscious." with a soft laugh and a nod Aura made her way from the kitchen and too the front door. It was odd...no one ever knocked around here. Shrugging she opened the door, parting the phoenix emblem on its outside down the middle. Before her stood a man with arms crossed over his chest. She gave him one of those all to famous, hostess like Aurahkah smiles. "Hello." She stepped aside, pushing the door open further. "Please, come in. No telling when the weather will get horrible again."

Eclipse stayed in the kitchen with Nelphean, chewing on the piece of meat he had been given. "You know you're behaving yourself quite well Nelphean."

"It truly is tearing me appart." Nelphean said camly. Then he laughed. He could keep his word, sometimes. "I do have honour, though I am very..." Nelphean tried to choose his words carefully.... "accepting of women."
PostPosted: Sat Nov 27, 2004 8:31 pm

Eclipse laughed, letting his wings slack as a paw searched out a random itch then returned to the floor. "Accepting of women. Nice way to put it delicately." He sneezed, shaking his head from the action. "You're really not all that bad to be around Nelphean. Aurahkah has called me high strung at times.

Elias bowed as the beautiful young woman invited him into the home. "Actually my lady, there does seem to be a little more rain comnig our way, the air is dense with it." he said as he walked into the manor slowly, "Let me introduce myself, I am Elias Murieta, it is an honor to finnaly meet you." he smiled as he rose from his bow, for a man that was over six feet in height and the size of a barnyard, it seemed almost impossible for someone of his size to bend that far.

"I would be too if I were you, but then again, I can be too at times." NElphean shrugged. "Life is a long series of actions and reactions." Nelphean reached down, and scratched Eclipses head gently. Delicate elfish fingers softly removing the iritating grass from the fur.

"I wonder how my horse is getting along out side. The last I saw of her, she was well." Nelphean walked towards the main enterence, "Let us go see this polite fellow."

Eclipse leaned into Nelphean's' hand for a moment, eyes closing. Oh those itches. As Nelphean left the kitchen, Eclipse followed him, fluffing his wings a few times as they walked.

Aura gave him another smile and a courteous nod. She either nodded or shook hands, didn't bow. It was something left over from her child hood and she refused to do it these days. "It's nice to meet you too, I'm Aurahkah." Elias inside now, she closed the stone doors, leaving them still unlocked as they were always. She turned back around, seeing Nelphean and lo and behold Eclipse as well.

Elias found it very strange that the young woman did not return his bow, but he had grown accustomed to people acting that way. He had been raised by a very formal father, and although the man was 10 years in the grave, the things that he had taught Elias still echoed in his mind. "This place is by far large than I could ever have imagined." he said as he slowly scanned the place with his one good, blood red eye. Although, the place was still filled with the ancient magic that had first brought him here.

Nelphean looked at the tall human, the second tallest he had ever seen. The first wall a full two feet taller then Nel, but this guy was faily well built. "Hello," Nelphean formerly bowed, "I am the Resident Elf and Wizard, Nelphean the Nightblade"
