She looked away from the light for a moment. Then shook her head laughing. "No...you haven't changed at all." Aura melted away in the manner of a shadow walk style move and found herself back on the ground in the courtyard. She sat down in the grass next to Eclipse, who she found curled up under a tree, leaning back into the wolf's soft fur and feathers.
"You shouldn't be up and about."
"I know. I'm resting now. You know what? Vincent isn't a vampire really."
"Really now...and here I was starting to get used to the idea." Eclipse laughed softly, craning his head around to lick Aurahkah's cheek before returning his head to his paws. "You sure you can be comfortable sleeping like this?"
"More comfortable in an unfamiliar room or by myself." She nodded into his fur, closing her eyes.
Eclipse laughed, draping a wing over her. "That's my Aurahkah alright...you'll be fine in a few days time."
She's check on th damage of Alexander and Niah later...she really didn't want to even think about what could be there and possibly what couldn't.

Outside the Archaic Manor someone was moving, he moved slowly and it seemed that with every step that he took, the wind became eeriely stronger as if announcing his presence. Even the sun seemed to dim itself as he approached the manor, he did not try hide himself, in fact he enchanced the massive amounts of energy which were eminating from his body. The bright greed feather in his hair danced lightly in the wind as he stopped at the massive door. In his hands he held the ancient obsidians blades that had been given to him by father, he danced them across his hands with the speed and preciousing of a true master, slowly replacing the obsidian blades into there hilts located behind his back. He smiled as he looks at his own reflection in a small pool of water near the front entrance of the manor. He still could get used to the idea of having only one eye. But then again, he had made the choice to fight, he had set the wheels in motion that would ultimately sarcrifce his eye. His hair danced furiously in the massive gust of wind that suddenly swirled at the bottom of his feet creating a small water sprout in the ouddle of water neat his feet. "Vamos a ver que es son poderes de este lugar." he said as he knocked softly on the massive door, folded his hands across his massive barrel chest, and waited for an answer.

It seemed to Elias that he had been wating for a very long time for an answer and he still had not recieved. "Doesn't seem like anybody is home." he comments, his eyes still closed, rasing his hand slightly he moves his fingers in strange angles and the wind once more picks up, but ths time he has summoned a pair of bashee, creatres made of wind useless in battles but great for survillance. "You know what to do,my beautiful friends." he said as two females silhoutes giggled and floated into the manor. It did not take them back to return, both whispered into there master's and he could help but laugh as there whispers tickled his ears. "Bueno Muchachas, you have done well, time to rest." he smiled as he kissed the twin bashees lightly upon there silhoutte foreheads, both smiled returning there master's kiss and disapearing into the winds. "It seems that I shall not recieve the answers which I seek" he said as he made his way back into the shadows from whence he came until someone else appearead.

Elias leaned against a tree, he was tired from his long journey, he had seen so much heartache in his long life, sometimes he longed for the darkness of death, to able to see his family once more, but he knew that the secrets that he held, had to kept that, way secret, he would not allow anyone else to suffer. Once he ecame sleepy he felt a soft sind carress his cheek. "A hermosas you scared me there for a moment." he said as he slowly ran his fingers through the hair of one of the banshee twins. He had made many a ally during his long travels the twins had been one of them. They apperead to be only 10 years old, the age at which there lives were taken, there souls were restless becuase the man that slaughthered there innonce still lived, so they became banshee, it was Elias who took the life of the man who killed, because of his abilities he was able to speak to the young girls, when there killer was banished to the deeps of hell. They did not want to leave to the spirit world, they clung to Elias like the older bother they never had in life, and he loves and protects them like the little sisters he always longed to have. Both twins wrapped there ghostly arms around him, becoming solid for a moment, gaining strenght from the magic that poured out from Elias. All three dozed off, to sleep. Loosing themselves in the dreams of each other.

Nelphean gathered his thoughts... Demi-lich, and emerald... Nelphean suddenly realized why the population of the manor was so scarce. The vampires brough home evils almost as great as the ones Nelphean left behind.
The unmetionable name would have enslaved the whole manor, and destroyed it with less effort that this lich used to walk/fly, move... Nelphean was comforted by that fact. Coming from a plane that was a jail for evil was definately a bonus for surviving here.
Looking at his hands, Nelphean began to realize the truth of the situation. He was a minor player in an elaborate scheme, probably the insane game of one of the vampires...
"I think I will just endulge myself with the Arcane, and when a time comes when I can be useful, I guess I shall."
In the Arcane Library, Nelphean scanned the books. One of the windows of the library was being cleans by on of the many animated clothes that Nelphean enchanted. He scrolled through the titles of the books, vainly searching for something....
"Excalibur?" Nelphean stopped at one of the books. He pulled it from the shelf, and examined the contents... Weapon Creation... Nelphean put the book back. His eye catching a glimpse of a book he could not resist... Extra-Planar Travel...
((Nelphean knew one vampire before he came to the manor, he was wierd... and pyschotic...))

"Aurahkah wake up!" Eclipse yelled at the woman who was resting on h fur and feathers, and gave a loud bark to follow up.
Aura shot up, still screaming, her breathing still heavy. She looked around her surrounding for a moment before she started to relax and calm down, leaning back into the winged wolf that sat behind her.
Ebony wings unfurled themselves and wrapped around her as Eclipse nuzzled her hair affectionately. "It's okay Aurahkah, you were having a nightmare again."
"Again...I need to get my room back in order so I can get a good nights sleep." She let herself relax back into Eclipse, sighing.

Walking outside, Nelphean looked at the scroll. The last time he animated sticks, this time... Extra-dimensional gateways... Whats the worse that can happen.... Home...
Nelphean was seriously reconsidering this experiment. But if it worked, he could travel about the manor more efficently, but if it fail, he could end up on another realm.
Nelphean shrugged away the foul feelings. At least he would be ride of the two biggest threats to his life...
He walked to the field where he had tried chain-lightning. He checked his weapons, and caste a few protection spells. Then he took up the scroll and began to read, he voice echoed loudly through the yard.

Both Aura and Eclipse looked from each other over to the sound. It was Nelphean, reading off of what seemed to be a scroll.
"Ugh...is he up to that again? Last time he ended up summoning some stick goblins things which required some extermination. He was trying to do a lightening spell."
"Oh...he did? Hm. Well at least he's doing it outside. It could be worse if he was playing with spells inside."

The spell complete, the dimesional door opens. Nelphean walks through. A moment later, he is by the manor. Stunned at the success. He turns around to survey the damage. He could see none.
Then, Nelphean scratched be hind his ear with his foot. He blinked twice... "Oh, No..." He rapier twitched violently in its scabboard. Nelphean grasped the weapon, and pinned it to his side. The weapon hungered for were blood, and Nelphean had changed into a... Werewolf...
"Behave you..." Nelphean shouted at his favorite weapon. The blade danced about wickedly, the leaped out of the sheif. Nelphean ran, the blade followed.
Running, he spotted Aurahkah and Eclipse. "Hello" He said as he passed them by, being persuided by his flying sword. "It has a taste for werewolves...."

Aura squinted an eye, Eclipse dropped an ear, both had a fit of laughter after the initial shock and wonder, and as the voice registered as Nelphean's. She stood, pulling herself from he cage of feathers. "Nelphean...what did you do now?"
Eclipse stood and took off after Nelphean and the sword, gliding on ebony wings just below the ground. In strong jaws he grabbed the minded sword by the hilt and landed himself, claws sinking into the soft dirt as he held onto the weapon, which didn't seem too happy that it was being restrained. "You should learn to be careful..."

"Apparently I turned myself into a werewolf." NElphean laughed. The sword slowly lost momentum as time went by... "Although, only temporarily"
((I can't spell today... Not that I ever can... should start to use spell check...))
Nelphean barked once, then the rapier fell limp in Eclipse's grasp. "I tried to use dimensional door. It worked, but altered my genetic code."
Nelphean shruged. He bits his tongue, and then says..."Sleep well?" Keeping his promise to Eclipse. Nelphean walked over to the sword, and put his hand out to accept it from the shadow wolf.

"Me sleep well...that's a laugh. I am however a bit more sane I believe.Considering what I've learned in the last day or two, you'd think I'd be worse off." She shrugged and then laughed softly. "Perhaps you should test your spells and such with something other than yourself from now on, no?"
Eclipse held the sword in his teeth a few minutes more before dropping it in to Nelphean's outstretched hand. He then licked his muzzle, and tucked his wings tightly back and relaxed, his claws retracting slightly and from the dirt.

"Thank you Eclipse." Nalphean replaced the sword in its scabboard.
Turning his gaze to Aurahkah, and then to the ground... So easily tempted... "If there was another way, it would be to have someone else caste the spells. It really depends on what you are doing, as to how involved you are. Of the six spells I tried, only two were blunders. This was not so blounderous, but the other, those were fighsty Wooden Goblins, wern't they Eclipse?"

"More creepy that feisty I should say. And annoying...no challenge at all." He snorted and then looked to Nelphean and chuckled. It was obvious the elf was trying to be good. Eclipse had never really expected him to keep to his word when he helped him.
"I guess that's not too bad. At least you haven't destroyed the manor yet...like a few people that have been lately." She laughed. "Boy when tempers flare, this place gets absolutely wrecked. Have you been to the kitchen today yet Nelphean? I fear its not there anymore and am tempted not to even go look...

"No, I havn't. I don't think anyone really ate any of the roast I managed to cook either... Strange magics of the modern era..." Nelphean shook his head...
"Shall we then?" Nelphean mentions toward the manor, "Or should I got first, to 'clean' up the mess?" Emphasising clean, with a glitter in his eyes.
