The person hasn't paid me and it's been over a month. The other was a full body for $20, it's been over two weeks and I still haven't been paid or gotten a response from either. I feel real down now D: Is Garou one of them? Because when I knew him, he really wasn't online a whole lot. But when he gets on I'm sure he'll pay you. No no, actually, I don't think Garou ever commissioned me that I can remember. you should probably heavily watermark your commissions until you're paid and then give them the clean version ^.^ I would if I could get my photoshop to work, it doesn't wanna start up. i suppose I could use MS Paint and just put a huge "COPYRIGHT" on the front of the drawing Crap...I think he changed his name...Alexi or something? Garou is Alexei? That explains it. razz Yeah, it is him then. I just find it frustrating is all. I had to vent a bit cause it HAS happened where I have gone unpaid for doing art.

Leyla Giselle Garou is Alexei? That explains it. razz Yeah, it is him then. I just find it frustrating is all. I had to vent a bit cause it HAS happened where I have gone unpaid for doing art. Yes, Garou is Alexei 3nodding I meant to say Alexei, but I'm so used to saying Garou. Anyway, he usually doesn't log on a whole lot. But when he does I'm sure he'll pay you, he's usually pretty good about that kind of stuff.

Hmm.
I'm thinking of commissioning someone on Gaia for zebra-finch art. You know, just... a songbird, not an anthropomorphic one in any way. The art would be on a website read and checked by serious scientists all over the world.

Shaviv Hmm. I'm thinking of commissioning someone on Gaia for zebra-finch art. You know, just... a songbird, not an anthropomorphic one in any way. I can do realistic. But you'd have to search the back of my DA for it. I haven't done any in awhile.

Well, back for the night.
I've officially survived my first week on my own, whee!
*gets ready to throw confetti, but slips and drops them all on herself* DX
Anyways, McDonald's is great work.
Apparently my job is pretty much just kitchen work, making the orders, and otherwise keeping things clean and doing the wash when there's less orders and more hands to spare. The managers told me I'm doing great, they've apparently gotten lots of good comments about how I work, and unlike some past trainees, it's only been 4 days (I had off on Wednesday for an orthodontist appointment) and I can already make pretty much any order except deli sandwiches and the morning meals since I'm scheduled for the mid-day rush up to employee rotation before evening rush. :3
Other than that, my cat seems to be doing okay. He eats less than he did at home, but at least he's eating regularly now, and he's used his litter box a few times since I moved in with him into the apartment. His new favorite spot seems to be on my traveling case where I keep some of my clothes, and behind the couch. At first I was worried because cats tend to hide when they're sick and just let themselves die hidden, but he comes out purring and asks for affection like a baby if I call him. I'm not an expert about animals, so I can't be certain that things are bad or okay, but he seems just as healthy as he used to be, so I guess that's recomforting.
On a sidenote, I learned thursday of how the pay system is at McD's, and it seems I don't get my first paycheck until thursday, two weeks from now. That means I need to last two weeks with 3$, so I'm trying to make my food cabinet last. I have 3 cereal boxes, a pack of eggs, 3 frozen meals, some hamburger helper rice, a can of juice, a few water bottles, pack of bread and a brick of cheese. I hope it'll be enough for two weeks. sweatdrop
On the plus side, I can still get free sodas from work. ^^;
Toilet's ******** again. XD
The building's janitor is trying to help me with it, though he's gotta help someone with a leaking ceiling first, and he's going to also come fix my power outlets when he can.
Sortof a morale boost, though, he commented on how great my apartment looks. Apparently I did a good job on furnishing/decorating the place. XD

Trust me its not his fault at all, he is being an understanding fur about the situation. In time we may see ourselves as more than just good friends but that is for time and us to deside. If anyone wants to flame me or throw rocks at my window I can't blame you. No one wants to see a fur as sweet and genuine as Eddily hurt or sad.

@Doomie: Good to hear things are going well! And I figured you'd do well at McD's. You're uber friendly and stuff. And a hard worker. Who knows? You might even eventually become a manager, hehe. =3
As for my own rantage... mrah! My job's crazy. <@_@> I swear, the managers (or at least the ones that are in charge of the front of the store) are completely disorganized and don't pay attention. >_> And it sure seems like they're doing everything they can to keep from spending money.
The store isn't taken care of; the cash registers are beat up (so that parts of them are literally held together with tape), the front bathrooms have literally been closed for a few months because of some plumbing problem they still haven't fixed, and most of the positions in the store are VERY under-staffed. It's rediculous when, at our busiest times of the day, on the busiest days of the week, there are only 3-4 registers open, just because there aren't enough people. And get this- despite the shortage of cashiers, they cut my hours! I'm only working part-time, now, instead of full-time, like before! >_> And they don't give me my breaks when they're supposed to. And like I said, the managers don't seem to pay attention. If I call one over to help a customer with some problem or another, it frequently takes about 20 minutes or so for one to show up. And yet when I see them (which is only about half the time... most times it's like playing Where's Waldo trying to find one in the store <_<), they're not far away, but in a small group, just chit-chatting with eachother. Grah! It drives me crazy!
Meh. Ok. Just needed to ramble there. <@_@> On the plus-side, I've received a number of compliments on good a job I'm doing. I've had several customers note how quickly I work. :B
