Mario looks around and doubles back several times to make sure none of the inn staff are following him. He then goes to the abandoned farm house where Genma is. Genma is very weak. Mario gives his the silver liquid, the only thing prolonging his life.
Mario sits next to Genma thinking. "I need to clone the purple energy to complete my plans. The poison you were given is a very special blend. It is from an ancient recipie meant only for demons by the scorpion clan."
Genma sits up, he knows this clan. He has Mario lean closer and whispers to Mario the sinks back into the bed. Mario leaves to go back to the office he rented.

"I wonder . . ." Misty goes upstairs and gets her katana. She did not clean it yet from the battle. She takes samples of the blood on it then cleans it carefully so no poison is left. She does not want to possibly poison Scedd, Shep or Ichigo by mistake. She cleans Jade's katana too. Misty goes downstairs and picks up Scedd's cape and takes a sample of his blood and goes upstairs.
Misty then starts testing the blood. "Hmm. . . I thought so." The test tube glows purple.

Mario wanders back to the office and sits in the chair. He stares at the testing equipment. "Why did Genma send me away? He does not want to be cured and would he now vows not give me the information I need?"
Mario is left to experiment on his own to make the purple engergy he needs for his guns. What if he cannot clone the energy? He only has 5 guns and he used 2. He must be careful how he uses them.

Ichigo stops immediately to find Shep standing infront of her. "Um..at least for a day or so. You needed your rest so we let you sleep for a while." She tightly held the item under her cloak as she talked and smiled at Shep.

"So far I know the purple energy cannot be cloned from the energy itself... how is it made then?" Mario stares at the vial of Genma's blood he was testing. He spills a drop onto the purple energy he was testing by accident.
As he tests different ways to clone the energy, the one with Genma's blood starts to glow a little but it is faint and is more of a reddish blue, not purple. Mario stops. "Does the power need his blood?"

Jade goes to clean up the guest's room. She makes the bed and starts sweeping the floor. The broom knocks something loose under the bed. She looks to see what it is and it is a strange gun with purple liquid bubbling inside. "What is this?"
She picks it ups and puts it in her apron pocket. She finishes cleaning the room then goes downstairs to show the others what she found.

Mario is happy that he has possibly found the answer. However, if he needs the blood of both Genma and Scedd, he must keep them both alive. Demon blood cannot be cloned and must be fresh. The test was faint because Genma's blood is weak with poison and was taken days ago.
"I must find an antidote and save Genma! If I can make enough purple energy for several guns, I can complete my plans. I must find out which of the inn staff gave Genma the poison so I can find out what was in it."
Mario leaves the office and goes back to the inn.

Jade shows the group the gun. They decide to go outside deep into the woods to test it. Misty takes the gun and carefully shoots it into an empty clearing. The gun flashes and then everything is vaporized. "Now we know how the sheriff's office and that other clearing were formed. We better get the gun back before the scientist finds out we have it."
They go back to the inn and the scientist is there going up to his room. "You guys go and distract him, Jade and I will get the gun back into his room. Just a minute, we need to finish changing the linens in your room." They go upstairs. Misty reloads the gun with the purple energy she created from the dried blood. It isn't quite the same but may be close enough that he might not notice the switch. Jade puts back the gun where she found it.
They saunter down the stairs. "Sorry we took so long to clean your room. We just finished putting the new linens on. We got a little behind on the housekeeping, the washing machine broke down so it took a little longer. All done now."

"Whew, that was close. Tomorrow when I clean his room we should see if there are any other guns and switch the purple liquid so they will not work. We cannot allow something that distructive to be used. Misty can you make some fake purple liquid to put into the guns?"
"Ichigo, Scedd and Shep should watch the scientist when he leaves the inn."

Scedd nods then goes and sits outside to think"So that fight i had with genma created that purple energy. I wonder if Blue storm could create something of that magnitude but without Genma's power colliding with it...If I can find out how to create that power then maybe i can get my revenge after all these years"

Mario goes up to his room. He checks to see if the guns are where he hid them. The 3 guns seem to be where they were so they must not have found them when they were cleaning.
Mario changes and decides to hand out downstairs. He goes downstairs and pretends to read a book while sipping coffee. He wants to see if he can figure out which one of the staff gave Genma the poison. He needs to desperately find the antidote. Even if Genma wants to die, I need him to live. "I need a clue."
