"Treecko, use Pound again!" Isamu said. Treecko hit the Wurmple with it's tail again and knocked the pokemon out. "Nice job, Treecko!" Isamu said, hugging his partner. Isamu then took out a Potion and healed his partner's wounds fromt he battle. "You did a great job, Treecko." he said and Treecko chirped happily.

Isamu smiled. "Come on, we should probably head home." Isamu said and reached for Treecko's pokeball but stopped. "Would you rather stay out of your pokeball, Treecko" he asked it and Treecko smiled and nodded in response. Isamu returned the nod and they headed off.

Isamu and Treecko walked along for a bit in silence. Every so often, Treecko would dart ahead of him and jump out of a tree or bush and crawl onto his shoulder. The two of them would laugh and continue on.

After walking for a while, Isamu pulled out the pokeball and the two of them tossed it around for a bit.

The two of them continued to play catch when Treecko hit the ball differently and glowed a little bit in a greenish aura. Isamu caught the ball and stopped in his tracks.

Isamu stared at Treecko in awe. "Did...did you just learn how to use Absorb?" Isamu asked Treecko and she nodded proudly. Isamu held out his hands and she jumped into them. He hugged his little partner. "Thats awesome, Treecko! Now we are even stronger!" he said smiling.

With Oldale town in sight, Isamu started running, and not five seconds later, tripped and fell on his face. He lifted his head up and looked around."What the heck?!" he exclaimed and looked at his feet.

As Isamu looked down, he would see he had tripped over a wild Wurmple that came out of the bushes. he sat up onto his knees and looked at the wurmple, who got up angrily. "Sorry about that Wurmple. I didn't mean to trip over ya." he said but the Wurmple didn't seem to like the fact that he HAD tripped over it. Treecko, sensing Wurmple's urge to fight, jumped in front of Isamu to protect him.
The Wurmple hissed and Isamu stood up. "Looks like there's no way out of it." he said. "Treecko, use growl." Treecko growled at the Wurmple and Wurmple cringed a bit.

Wurmple rushed forward and Tackled Treecko hard. Treecko slid backwards but held onto the Wurmple.

"Treecko, use Absorb now!" Isamu saud as Treecko held onto the Wurmple. Treecko was covered in the aura of Absorb and drained Wurmple's energy.

Treecko jumped out of the way, her job done. Unlike last time, isamu pulled out an empty Pokeball and Held it in his hand. "Might as well expand my collection now..."he said and threw the Pokeball at the Wurmple.

Wurmple broke out of the Pokeball and glared at them. It began to shoot a Strong Shot at Treecko, damaging it and covering it in string.

Treecko looked at Isamu for what it should do and Isamu shook his head. He took out another Pokeball and aimed it at Wurmple. "This time, you're mine!" he said and launched the Pokeball at Wurmple.

The pokeballshook a few times, and Isamu was worried it was going to break out again, but it beeped and stopped moving. Slowly, Isamu walked over and picked up the Pokeball. A smile appeared on his face as he turned to his partner. "We did it, Treecko!" he said. "We caught our first Pokemon!" Treecko nodded happily.
Isamu walked back over to Treecko and got it untangled. "Come on, let's head to the Pokemon Center, then we'll head home." he said and picked up Treecko in his arms and carried her to town.

Felicia took off from Professor Birch's lab at a run, eager to see her new partner. "Alright Mudkip, come on out!" holding the poke'ball in front of her she waited for a few minutes but nothing happened. "Am I doing this right?" frowning in confusion she turned the poke'ball around and accidentally pressed the button on the front. With the poke'ball's release system activated Felicia's brand new Mudkip appeared on her chest, knocking her over in surprise.
"It worked! But... how did I do it?" Felicia asked herself in confusion as she stared at her new mudkip. "What should I call you, huh?" she asked the poke'mon as she reached up and lightly pet her mudkip's head fin. "I think I'll call you... Aura. Yeah, aura. That's a good name. What do you think about that one?" her mudkip smiled alittle bit and leaned into her trainer's attentive petting. "I'll take that as a yes. So! Let's get this party started Aura."
Getting up they headed into the tall grass not too far from the entrance of town.

POKEMON PARTY Toan exited the Lab just in time to see an energetic-looking girl run off into the tall grass out of the town. "Sugar rush, maybe?" he asked himself with a chuckle. He held the pokeball with Torchic in his hand and opened it. Torchic popped out and happily chirped "Torchic!". "Well, we'd better be off..." he said and brought Torchic back into the pokeball. He headed out of Littleroot Town.

Whitney walked around the tiny town. It seemed almost rural compared to growing up in Saffron city. She sighed. She had travelled so far from home just to begin a journey. She patted her Mudkip. "You ready?" Mudkip leaned against her leg reassuringly. "I think I'll give you a nickname. But I can't think of anything special now. Maybe sometime, I'll find your nickname." Sophie and Wavez ran out of the lab back to her house "Mom im gonna get goin soon" sophie shouted goin up the stairs to get her diary and ran back down with her mudkip along side her "Ok bye honey" her mom said
and she left the house.
"Mud mudkip mud?(so where are we goin)" Wavez said puzzled
"Only if i could understand ya wavez but im gussin that we will be goin to Oldale Town" sophie said to her pokemon and walked off to oldale.
In the wood area
"Mud mudkip mud mud (I think where lost)" Wavez said
"OK if we go streight on i think we will get to oldale ok" sophie said to Wavez "*Sigh* Mudkip mud mud (ok we'll try)" Wavez said walkin beside side me.
