(damn it, im sorry)

Demmini tried to take in a breath but couldnt, she lifted her left hand and wrote. "Demmini-" Her left arm suddenly shook and fell limp on the side, as her right arm rose quickly and wrote. "Kelic Black." Daimos eyes suddenly widened, he tried keeping still but his anger was starting to control him.

((Sorry i haven't been on guys. I've been bissy.))

Pain nooded and her eyes went slitly cold. She looked at Daimos and caught his eye. She hoped her message was clear. Keep your mouth shut, your body still and your emotions burried.

She wrote back:

Kelic Black.
I wish I could say its a pleasure to meet you
But I beleive you would see that lie.
What is it that you are here for?

Angels anger rose but she only shifted slightly and her eyes bore into the back of demminis hand.

Child of my enemy why have you come? This place is void of existence now that I have taken rule. Your kingdom is lost as was the other two. There is no chance of regaining your power now. Give up, leave this place, and for the sake of pointlessness, DIE!

Dusk woke in a pool of sweat, the memories of the words spoken in the darkness of his nightmare still echoing in his mind. The power of the tome gave him back what he had lost for so long. His past, his knowledge of the things that happened in the time before times, when the first three kingdoms reigned supreme. Memories of the kingdoms and the people who ruled them flashed by like a fast-forwarding movie. The Snakes, the Dragons, and the Wolves. None of which are how they are percieved now.

Especially the Wolves, his people. For years the term wolf refered to one of two things, the wild animal and the raging beast. Both in truth were decendant of the original. One was more fortunate though to live as something that only cared to hunt, mate, and pass on as the cycle of life wished it so.

The less fortunate, known as the Werewolf (or lycan as so many misinterpret the meaning), walked the path of solitude and loathing. Always at war with something whether it be its counterpart, the vampire, the humans that hunt it, or it's own kind. Some gained the fortune of being amongst it's own kind without too much conflict. But even then there would be wars amongst packs, vampires, human villages and whatnot for territory, something it's animal cousin only need to worry half about. Whatever the case neither of these two breeds have the slightes knowledge of their true brethren. Their REAL ancestors.

A people called the Wolves who were one of the three most powerfull kingdoms in the world. They indeed had their decendants abilities as natural hunters and fighters and they had more. Devine power, true connection to the moon, and most of all, an alternate form that was one with them, that WAS them. No out of control power, no marauding, savage beast who's actions they could not remember of the next morning.

Dusk was a decendant of this race, though not of royalty he was an elite. He held the power of a Dominant, a wolf that held more social status and power than the average wolf. Dominants had the potential to be in the highest rankings such as Alpha of the Pack or even as high as the Supreme Alpha known as the Korram, a wolf that reigned over a region and controled all the Alphas in that region. But that does not mean all Dominants become Alphas, but potentially have the equivelent power over other wolves. Dusk had been one of those without a title such as Alpha or Korram but was in line to take such a postion.

He never had the chance though. Word began to spread of a rebellion in the Dragon Kingdom. Their leader had died and the three heirs who where to take the throne had vanished. The Snake Kingdom had their own events that lead to their downfall as well. Rumors of conspiricy and murder spread like wildfire and it threatened the Kingdom of the Wolf. Fearing it's own destruction as the other two potentially would wage war with themselves or each other and involve the wolves in the crossfire, they scattered into the wilderness and diminished. Some degrated to the animals that wander the forests and woods of the world, others gave birth to the demons that were half human half beast.

Legends of the kingdoms could not be found anywhere it seemed. Except for a few tomes and scrolls locked away in forbidden sections of sacred libraries, tombs, and the like. A dream had came to Dusk that lead him on the journey to this Mansion. It was an odd chance but one he was willing to take. Now he began to wonder if regret would be his reward. Nightmares of the same voices, simutaneously speaking to him about his past as if to say not to look into it anymore, haunted his sleep. And none of what they said really made sense. But for some reason the words still came out of his mouth in responce to those in his mind, "I will not die, I will not surrender, and I will NOT give up. The time will come when you will eat your words. and your thrones. The kingdoms may not return but those decended from them WILL take you, your gods, your ancients, your gate keepers and all your other puppets down with you."

He imagined some kind of responce would have been said along the cryptic form of "Ha! Fat Chance!" if he were still asleep. But he was wide awake, sitting up in his bed, stareing at the door to his room in the Common Quarters of some Mansion.
