Jason woke up from a hard rest type of coma. He was in a hospital bed and he had no idea where he was. He had lost his train of thought on the training grounds and took a grenade blast straight to his gut. He had been severely injured, but for him and the trainers that were there, it was just a paper cut. He shot up from his bed and looked about. When he realized he was in a hospital bed, he ripped the little cords that were connected to his body off and started the process of standing. Pain shot through his stomach as he put his weight onto his feet.

Rose smiled back and replied lightly, "If you say Carson's pretty cool then i guess i have to trust you on that. He did after all insinuate that you and I..." Her voice trailed off into a giggle. Now that she thought about it, it had been kinda funny. Glancing up ahead she saw a large familiar looking structure. "Hey...Is that where we're going?"
Rose felt a tiny bit of excitement well up in her. She may be a computer nerd but she was a woman and Shopping was always fun.

Shion had rushed into the hospital and she pounded on the desk for Jason's room number. "Excuse me... Excuse me!!!" She got impatient quick. "Jason.. Jason Montes!!" She got the number quickly and she rushed to his room to see him standing. "J-Jason..." She bit her bottom lip and a small tear arose in her eye. She quickly hugged him tightly as she closed her eyes making the tears fall down her cheeks. "Are...Are you alright...?"

Josh grinned. "My friends don't always get that I'm not the type to do that. Figure that since I'm so....supposedly 'uptight' that I've got to be doing something shameful on the side."

Amused Rose asked, "Well are you?" giggling at the expression that he gave her she said, "Just kidding! If you were going to do something 'shameful' what would you do? If it were me i would..." she blushed before admitting, "I would probably go skinny dipping. I-it intrigues me."

"Skinny dipping?" He grinned and chuckled. "That's not so shameful, if you ask me. I think doing something like getting drunk, or doing drugs would be a lot worse!" Then again he was a closet drinker. That was his own secret, and the only way he had of dealing with his depression. Then again perhaps with some counselling he would be fine. But having your life destroyed at the age of fifteen wasn't exactly easy to cope with.

Rose giggled and said, "Yeah you're right..." She was being silly. Now that she was finally out of her home she could find some random beach and go at midnight. Smiling softly at Josh she decided that that was what she was going to do.

Not knowing her plans were to actually go skinny dipping, he would have told her she could find a lake close by, but a beach would be a bit of a drive. But he was kind of useless in reading other people.
His own depression played havoc with his emotions, and how he saw the emotions of others.
Deciding he liked her company, he couldn't help but smile. A real smile. Not like how he usually faked it.

As Shion rushed in, he was already starting to lay back down on his bed. "Ugh.. I don't know how I am right about now.." He mumbled from clenched teeth. He looked at Shion and then closed his eyes again. "How bad does it look?" He asked as he rested his head back on the pillow. Truthfully, it wasn't really bad, considering he was wearing very good body armor. (ZOMG. She sat on the edge of the bed looking to the ground. "......." She close dher eyes tight and she bit her bottom lip pointing her head in the opposite direction. "You look fine." She quietly lowered her eyes and she was up all night since she was worried. She wasn't about to tell him... But... For him to act so casually about the situation...It bothered her deeply.

"Hey.." Jason looked to Shion again and used his elbows to lift him to a sitting up position, not without some degree of pain. "What's wrong?" He asked, after blinking and looking out the window towards a Camo painted Hummer pulled into the parking lot.

She hadn't looked at him. She quickly added. "Nothings wrong. Why would you think that?" She got louder with each word that she spoke. She hadn't looked to him and she looked down to the ground. She realized her unreasonable tone and she just closed her eyes and she felt a small tear roll down her face and she hadn't even tried to wipe it off. Then she realized that it had hit the floor and a faint gasp escaped her lips.

Tuning into her surroundings She realized that they were now in front of the store. Cocking her head she asked, "Are you going to come in with me or would you rather wait out here?" She shifted slightly and waited for his reply.
