ananda082001 Ana sat, not taking her eyes off of Angel. "Oh, no you don't. We're not changing this topic. If your "job of sorts" puts you in danger on a regular basis, then I need to know." Her expression softened. "I'm a big girl. I won't break down. Promise. You can tell me the truth Angel." "It's complicated. I use to be a monk. We have codes...strict rules and duties. A belief in balance. Some times good needs destroyed, sometimes evil. Just depends on the situation. I didn't necessarily agree with that. So I did something about it. Not that it mattered." He of course was talking about when his home was destroyed, though he wasn't sure if she knew that story. "Ever since then I've dedicated myself to destroying evil. Anywhere I see it. A simple vow...Ak Sok Zan. Destroy evil immediatly." He nodded to himself and continued eating like they where talking about the weather.
