D.L stepped back slightly in fear, but then his expression changed to hatred. He wasn't going to let this spook him. He was much stronger then this, although he couldn't help but fear her. Her words bothered him and made him feel like shivering but he resist and stood his ground. D.L growled lowly and his hands began to spark a little. "I never fear anything... not even you!" he yelled in rage, hating that she saw through him. He won't let her win though. "Your just asking for more pain..." he snarled then tried to shock the she-wolf before she got too close, although something went wrong and his attacks didn't even spark from his hands. D.L froze and gazed at his hands in shock and confusion. What was going on? He could use his power earlier, something was draining him of his strength. Even his legs were beginning to feel weak from beneath him.

Light was about tell D.L to stop but it seemed no electricity escaped from his hands. Iblis was unharmed and D.L seemed to be getting weaker, like something was stealing his power. "What's going on...?" he blurted out in confusion, although it seemed D.L was just as confused as him. Light then noticed the dark purple-ish orb in the ghostly hand, it handed it to Iblis and what it said made him understand what it did to D.L.

The ghostly hand gave Iblis a dark orb, and spoke in a creepy tone. "This here is why he can't harm you... It's his spirit... you can do whatever you wish with it." it's words were so cold that even D.L felt chilled. If that was D.L's spirit then he was in more danger then he thought.

((Didn't forget about that darkish sphere on the ground?))

Iblis heard D.L mention her asking for pain. "Oh is that how you see it? Why don't you hurt me then..." she challenged. But D.L seemed to be having a problem. She could see the confusion and panic in his eyes. She heard the ghost hand speak to her and she grinned slightly. "Ah...That's right... You can only last so long without a soul, now can't you..." Iblis said as she held D.L's spirit in her hand. She could easily see the fear in D.L's eyes. Iblis held the spirit in one hand and in the other hand her retractable claws came out. She fingered the spirit lightly with her claws. "Hmm... I wonder what would happen if i did something like...this!" she said as she scratched the spirit a little with her claws.

((Should we slow down a bit Tytun? I feel bad that you hardly get time.))

D.L fell to his knees in pain as soon as Iblis scratched the sphere's surface, It was like someone was attacking him from the inside. Causing him to hold his chest in pain while he used the other hand to keep him from falling over. His body felt so weak and the pain was just too much to ignore. "Argh...! You... you witch..!" he said but it came out merely more like a mumble, although the she-wolf probably heard him. He knew that he was pushing his luck but he had a feeling she'd torture him anyway. "Your lucky that I can't harm you... or you'd be dead by now... argh!" he growled lowly but flinched slightly in pain.

Light couldn't believe what Iblis was doing, he was also surprised that D.L had his own soul though. Which meant he was just as much in danger as he and everyone else. Sure he was his enemy but he couldn't let a person die even if their rivals. "Iblis! Stop this! ...this isn't like you." he said as he walked a little closer cautiously, hoping to snap her out of it.

Alice turned to look towards the voice, her dull grey eyes gazed at Jay but it also showed slight confusion a little. "A wolf...?" she spoke like she never seen one. It could be that Alice was out cold the whole time, but how did she get up here? The ghosts could of taken her away from danger but even Alice seemed confused how she got up here. She looked towards the door she just came out of then towards the stairs when she heard foot steps, seeing that Wave was just a few distance away.

Iblis giggled slightly in a creepy way at D,L's suffering. She saw no threat in D.L or his words. Iblis was going to saw something until she heard a voice. It was Light. Iblis turned and faced Light and saw him slowly coming closer. As he did, Iblis' expression flinched slightly. Her creepy smile sort of turned into a frown and there was a slightly confused look on her face. There was hesitation in her actions. She kinda froze in place. Obviously the corruption hadn't swallowed Iblis completely yet.

Slowly, Wave made his way over to the two albeit with a bit of difficulty, tilting his head up when Jay spoke up. Feigning a grin, he stated, "Yeah, I'm pretty good. A nap seemed to be all that I needed." Letting the smile drop then, he looked around the two before stating, "Still, I'm worried about Light and Iblis. The ghosts probably still have them captive somewhere..."

(No need to, Sazie. The fault is my own. As long as the roleplay keeps going, I can pop myself back in rather easily, anytime. smile )

Alice was about to say something but paused when she heard the bell ring from downstairs. Another costumer and just at the wrong time as well, although she'd have to answer it and maybe tell the guests some kind of make up lie. Just so this guest doesn't get involved in these nightmares. "I'll be back... and I'll try my best to find the others, who knows what happened to them." she said but her words seemed like she was concerned about them. Quickly as she could, Alice raced down the hall and went down the stairs.

Although just as she was out of Wave and Jay's view, her appearance changed to her true form. A young woman with long black hair and red eyes, wearing a maidens dress with fancy socks and gloves and had a jewel on her forehead. Ni then continued down the stairs til she was at the bottom, she noticed the stranger at the desk and walked over slightly. "Hello, mister...? How may I help you?" she asked with a gentle smile, putting her hands in front of her and holding them together like a shy girl.

Out of thin air as it almost seemed, Kiro took notice to a shy looking girl in a maid's uniform and a jewel on her forehead like the one's spiritualist mediums wear. "Umm...yes. I was wondering if you had a room available for a day or two. I've had a long night of road tripping and my bike kinda broke down me", he explained his situation. The young hedgehog tilted his head in curiosity as something felt strange about this girl.

Iblis heard Light and winced at his touch. She twitched a little. Her head hurt badly and she shut her eyes tightly in pain. "...L-Light... R-run..." She said with struggle in her voice. Iblis was fighting herself and seemed to be losing. "You show no fear... I do not like this... Corruption. Will. Prevail!" she yelled and began to squeeze D.L's soul in her other hand. Suddenly though she stopped. Completely froze. She grabbed her head in pain. She did a round-house kick at Light to make him let her go. The amulet that she wore was glowing again. It quickly got very bright. Iblis was starting to return to normal. However, the ghost hand suddenly stabbed its pointer finger straight through her chest. "AARRGGHH! Iblis screamed in pain as a pick light flashed and engulfed Iblis.

When the light faded there were two beings. One was the same creepy and corrupt Iblis, but with much darker fur. The other, was a little wolf pup. It was Iblis as a child. About 5 years old. Her hair was much shorter (about shoulder length) but had the same purple pattern and still covered half her face. She wore a long red t-shirt that came down almost to her knees and had a hood, and brown shorts, and white socks. The pup also wore the amulet and the corrupt Iblis did not. The ghost hand had separated almost completely the corruption from the pure. The pup still carried a very small amount of corruption. It had to otherwise it would die. And the corrupt still carried a very small amount of pure for the same reasons. The ghost hand picked up the pup by the hood. "Hey! Lemme go!" the pup cried. "What a weak little thing..." the ghost hand said distastefully as it watched the pup struggle to break free.
