((Kage is back!))
Genesis stepped out of the cave and walked to the forest. The dark trees watched as she crunched the twigs and leaves beneath her feet. The sky glared at her head and the stars twinkled, giving the forest a faint glow. The noises of trees being cut down brought her to her senses. She locked her head towards her right.
Cautiously, Genesis creeped closer toward a clearing in the forest. The earth in the center lacked the nutrition to feed anything. Toward the corner of the area was a rock, and upon it sat Rayne, contemplating the stars. It was then that she realized that the clearing was probably created by this mysterious person. He probably cut down the trees himself.

As Rayne awakes from he deep thoughts he looked up finding a young warrior standing in front of him. He stood up from the rock and approached her in a calm manner. He beamed a small smile towards and said in a calm voice " Hello there and who might you be." Well...its been quite awhile to actually see some friendly faces...

She bowed low. "My name is Genesis. Who might you be?" She stood up, examining him. "It's strange to see a person like you in the middle of nowhere. Finding warriors training alone isn't uncommon now isn't it? You look like a strongly built person."

He responded in a calm voice " My name is Rayne and I'm out here just to do some training and I work better alone in training ." He looked around his surroundings seeing that his technique was quite strong to cause a small tremor and he turned his face back towards Gensis once more. " Why are you out here for Gensis..are you searching for anything ." He responded in a curious voice as he looked at her.

"Why no, I'm not. Well come to think of it, I am. I want to offer you my services as a bodyguard...not that you'll need it. In that case, I'll offer to become your companion. It isn't safe to travel around these parts. And plus," she added, "You're going to be very lonely, especially out here in the forest...alone." She winked at him. "How about it?"

He thought to himself for a moment before responding towards her suggestion. " Hmm...well I haven't been with alot of people and I'm usually a loner I guess its find to have a companion for awhile. " As he looked around seeing that the forest is going to take sometime to get out of and decided to take her offer. " I'll take your offer atleast I will have someone to talk too." He responded in a calm voice. Hmm... I do need to have someone to talk too ...besides...this forest seems to quite large and ....I'll find myself to be alone...for awhile...

Ranae slumped forward in her saddle as her horse walked carefully, being carefull not to jostle its rider. Ranae's cracked ribs had been healing quite nicely. But the night before she had made one wrong move. She thought the pain would pass with time but it grew every second. She must have twisted her bones out of order. Gritting her teeth, she looked on forwards. Her breath was rather raggid and shallow, as it hurt her to breath. She was riding to the next town over for a healer. She hated healings, but this was necessary if she wanted her bones to heal right. After she was nice and rested in a comfy inn, she would track down Kino, that animal craft wolf. She was curious about this place he called "paradise"

Groggily, she sat up, abruptly realising she was still in the tree. Kira reached up quickly, grabbing onto the branch above her head to keep her from falling. The brace was still on her leg, her hands still bandaged. With her free hand she brushed the hair from her face, and began the slow process of climbing down. Reaching the ground she leaned against the tree for support, and looked around at the forest. Oddly quiet she thought as she started to walk carefully down a small beaten path.

*he had awoken, at what he guessed to be around 4 in the morning, it was still slightly dark, with glints of light and the birds were starting to chirp. he smiled and remembered the night before, a lot had happened in an evening. he then looked in his quiver and saw his last arrow, he thought to himself and if he was going to survive another night in this forest he would have to make himself some more. with that he picked up his dagger, quiver and bow and set of for the closest tree that had the straightest and sturdiest branches.. he didnt feel like wittling too much today. he found a tree of his expectations, cut its branches and put them in his quiver then returned to his tiny camp, on the way he looked for small stones that could be made into arrow heads, although they would b crude and no where near effective as metal arrow heads they would help him to keep his life in a fight. at his camp he remembered the suprise attack from the woman he had met and decided to move the camp to the further outskirts of the forest so that he wasnt surrounded completely. Once he had moved he started the process of making some arrows*

He awakes startled. He knew he wasn’t alone in the forest anymore, as he met others last night. Sitting in the deep green of countless leaves, He relies on his hearing to find his opponent. Gradually he takes three arrows from his quiver and prepares for combat. Although he can’t see where his adversary is, he listens carefully to each step they make. His heart pumps faster and faster, as he places a dart behind his long pointed ears. Then he waits, almost motionless, waiting for his prey to come to him. He was nervous, he knew most of his arrows were almost blunt from the last battle, he didn’t have time to sharpen them, and he had no idea of what was coming towards him. Trembling, he placed an arrow carefully, trying not to shudder as the cold wind rushed through the tree, his breathing silent but heavy.

She walked slowly, her hand moving to her dagger at her side. She moved in a side step to make less noise, keeping her hearing sharp and her eyes alert. She slowly pulled the cloak hood up to cover her red hair. Red was eaisly spotted, but the fadded green of the cloak was not. She moderated her breathing, slow and steady breaths as she moved down the path.

He had sat patiently, his breathing calmed. He was ready for his foe. He listened sensitively as the footsteps changed. He had no idea what was coming towards him now, he had seen many things in the past, and he was aware this could be some sort of animal changer. He knew it was trouble, but curiosity ruled his mind as he positioned his arrows back in his quiver, replacing them with his darts, which he held one between each finger. He ascends up the tree higher, trying to get a glimpse of what was coming.

* if there was one thing he had learnt from his night in the forest was that the world was a cold and unforgiving place, someone could slit ur throat without a second thought, josh didnt want to b like this but he thought he would have to adjust his attitude, as it seemed out of the elven forests nice guys did finish last. but his good will got the better of him and he couldnt help but smile for he was in a forest with beautiful scenery surrounding him*

She couldnt see anything, but that didnt mean it was'nt there. She didnt know this forest, and knew no way to escape a quick combat. And with her ankle broken, if she was challenged, she would lose. But she was stubburn. She kept on the path, but drew her dagger. The steal rubbed againt the metal of the sheeth, the sound easily regonised. She kept the dagger in her sleeve. Glad for the slight cover from the sun with the trees over head, she stopped and leaned against a near by tree.
