Yume's grin only widened. "You can call me Huckleberry but I'll just have to call you Tom." He laughed lightly, switching his weight to balance on one hand while moving his legs out into an upside down center split.

He gave that lazy cheshire smile of his and at last rocked his feet over through a full 'bridge' back-bend and up to standing again in an oddly gravity defying motion. "No rush or anything... what are your terms?"

Yume favored his impatient opponent with a side long glance. "Hmm Fido really does seem to fit..." He sighed than laughed almost at the same time and shrugged off his loose outter robes to reveal a tighter kung-fu style sleeve-less vest beneath.

"Ready when you are but how about we leave off ninjutsu, and weapons seeing as we are indoors... no need to bring the place down. Oh and keep it friendly yeh? just sparring." He smirked seeming to sober a bit at the prospect of a good fight.

Yume flashed a feral grin, slipping casually into a soft style nuetral stance. He was more of a performer than a fighter but it was all about learning right?

He did however know enough to realize that by passing him the first move Omni was claiming the higher ground. The first person to attack imedeiately opened themselves for a more effective counter. oh well. He smirked merrily and went into action.

Yume closed the distance between them in one smooth whirling gesture, swinging a high easily read ridge hand for Omni's right temple...

"alright tommy boy. lets make this fun."

"niether..." Yume stated merrily as Omni took the obvious course and ducked. "I just like to lead." That grin was back, all he needed were the purple strips and a fat tail and Yume would be Alice and Wonder land's cheshire cat.

As omni went to sweep Yume merely contined his spin, letting the unchallanged momentum of his ridge hand to carry him around as he actually stepped briefly on and boosted himself off Omni's sweeping leg to deliver a reverse spin kick to the other boy's sternum.

Yume's eyes widened briefly as he found his foot trapped and his position effectively and unexpectedly forced into a split. Good thing he was so flexible or that might have hurt... Still omni was aiming a kick his way and he really only had one plausible option to avoid it... he couldn't doge in the normal sense after all. "Well this is an awkward dance..."

With hardly any time to think Yume acted on reflex and merely laid back over the rear leg of his split, grabbing his ankle to pull himself low enough to let omni's kick graze the top of his abdomen.

He than rolled, reversing his split so to speak so that his back was now to his opponent and his stomach lay against the thigh of his front leg. He never left the split position, but as he completed his flip/flop he planted his hands on either side of his knee and boosted himself up enough to tuck his front leg back underneath him. Than, letting Onmi take some of his weight on his trapped foot, Yume kicked out backwards for the other boy's jaw from a near push-up position.

Yume pushed through, vaulting into an effortless hand stand and over to his feet again. "Does that mean You'd like to change the rules? we could always take this outside in to great wide world." The glee in his voice portrayed his agreement but his stance suggested that he was ready to push it until they both dropped.

"weapons huh?" Yume hadn't actually brought any weapons with him but the walls were filled with racks, most sporting a different variety of the basic shinobi tools. "I guess I can do that." He shrugged lightly and examined the nearest weapons stand.

Considering Omni had duel close range weapons... Yume decided to match him, just to keep things interesting. He chose two curved sai, flipping them around in his hands like juggling batons to test the weight before pivoting and dropping into a low mantis stance.

"Ready when you are Fido." He bared his teeth an gave a mock growl and waited for his opponent to attack.
