Vincent too was worried about Aurahkah so he speed his pace out the door, but he stopped mid stride his black soulless eyes going wide with horror. He looked back over his shoulder, It had just hit him, the thing that had been bothering him since the fight began, He remembered why he didn't like killing balors, They explode when you kill them. " OH shi..." The initial blast send flaming chunks in all directions. He raced the flames down the hall, his body nothing More then a blur as he appeared before her and the wolf, the fire eating away at the wall behind him. He dove down at her, wrapping his arms around her waist and pinning her to the floor, He figured the wolf would be fine, or at least survive the blast.

Vincent's body covered Aurahkas as the room they were in seemed to flash dissolve around them. In the blink of an eye they were falling to the earth below the vaults. Vincent and Aura Disappeared form the air and reappeared over one of the beds in the celestial/heaving region.
Vincent rolled over in mid air landing so she was on top as not to crush her. The air around them soon fulled with the smell of smoke, Oh he could only imagine how she would yell at him for destroying her room.

The lifeless black pits that had replaced Vincents red hues stared down at aura, a sympathetic look crossing his face he didn't say anything, he just wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer

Vincent looked back at the wolf"I'm just fine but something seems to have shaken Aurahkah up pretty bad, I'm betting the litch got to her, but at least she came out of it rather well, Things could have been a lot worse"

"At least shes not paralyzed for life, and still has her soul, terrifying you out of your mind is one of the nicest things Arien can do" Vincent shot her somewhat of a reassuring smile before becoming serious once again. He raised a hand into the air and pointed at the window causing it so slide open and the cool night air to full the room replacing the thick smoke air they had been breathing.
He dropped the hand back down hugging her close" I'm sorry Aurahkah, I should have been there to stop it..."

Vincent's mouth opened to say something but closed it just as fast "I suppose your right, but I still feel like I should have done more" Vincent forced a smile, his eyes blinking closed for a few moments breaking a deep breath and opening them again, The black pits his eyes had become seemed to fade in that instant replaced with the abnormally intense red hues that was normal to him.

Vincent stared into her eyes, she did look a bit shaken but then again who wouldn't after what she had just been put threw.
