Kyo held her tightly, and whispered into her ears as she slept,"I still love you more."he smiled and he himself soon drifted off to sleep.

Living with two souls inside of you is frightening.

Genesis awoke in a bed. The last thing she remembered was lying on the bed in an inn. She slowly sat up. The room was unlike what she had remembered in her memory. The walls were darker and made of rough wood. There was less light in the room, due to the waning flames in the fireplace. The bed itself was probably one of the cleanest things in the house. Genesis lifted up the bedsheet and smelled it. She sighed, relieved by the fresh scent. Her blue eyes observed the room. Straight ahead of her was apprently the dining table and the kitchen. An frail figure bent over the stove, cooking something.

"Where am I? What time is it? How long have I slept?" These questions nagged at her, waiting to be answered. She decided to listen to her conscience. "Excuse me? Could you possibly tell me where I am?" The figure turned around and stared at her in surprise. "You're up! How you are feeling miss?" The wrinkled man hobbled to the bed and knelt down to kiss her hand. "Uh...I'm feeling fine, thank you. Sorry, I don't remember what happened...could you possibly--"

"--oh, miss was kicked out of the inn. Such a strange event it was indeed." His brown eyes brightened. "Just as them folks tossed you out, I swear, two angels came down and caught you! I thought to meself, 'Sweet lord!' I couldn't believe it! Them angels carried miss to me log cabin an' blessed miss! Them angels told me that I gonna watch over ya. I says that I couldn't believe no word they say, and them angels tell me that God says so. Now, I've been a Christian all me life, and methinks I've been blessed." He smiled, revealing his yellow teeth. "Miss been sleepin' fo a couple of week alweady...but miss always lookin' fine! No pale face or nothin'! Me fed miss anyway and, by God, I've been blessed! Me been working hard for more money an' I get easy! It really strange, indeed. Miss stuff over der, by da fireplace. Me never touch miss stuff, no worry."

Genesis walked onto the snow. Her legs were still shaky, and she decided that walking around a bit would help. "Shaky legs? That was a fatal error for an assassin. Who knows? Maybe there are other people out there. The voice within her thoughts caused Genesis to freeze in her tracks. "Vector?"
"I live in your body now, remember?"
"Oh yeah, I have to get used to this."
"WE have to get used to this," Vector corrected. "Here, let me help with your legs." Genesis's eyes flashed from blue to purple. She then knelt down and stretched her feet in a strange manner. "This is a basic stretching technique known by all ninjas," Vector said, as Genesis's body continued to stretch. One would be confused at the sight of a knight performing a stretching technique, primarily known to ninjas. "One cannot fight with muscles that aren't ready to be used. You have to stretch them first. There, feeling better?"
"Wow, it feels much better. Thank--"
"There's no need to thank me. We are the same person now. Remember, if you hear my voice, it is only in your head."
"Okay."

Genesis's eyes returned to their natural color: blue. She knew that they were disoriented by the time. "We should find people we know first. That should help us." Genesis began her long descent down the mountain. The evergreen trees, coated with a thin layer of snow, blocked the sunlight on the path that led downwards. The crunching of her feet against the rocky ground sounded off into the wild, absorbed by the environment. The frozen river ran parallel to the path downhill. The white sky was completely obscured by clouds and falling snow. Genesis closed her eyes. "I love this place. It's really quiet. Hey, what are you doing?"

Her purple eyes shot open. Genesis deftly leaped off the road and onto the frozen river. She slid downhill on her feet. "Aaaaaahhhh!!! What are you, crazy? Look out for that--" The rock served as a pathetic obstacle, easily avoided with a tiny leap. As Genesis replanted her feet on the ice slide, the course suddenly swerved to the left. She tucked her knees and accelerated. "AAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!" The course straightened itself and presented another obstacle: rocks dividing the river into two. Genesis spread out her legs as the rocks passed between them. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!" The river recombined into one. She saw the end coming closer, a burst of light. She leaped high into the air, twirled in the air, and landed softly on her feet.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU NUTS? WHAT IN THE WORLD DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING? YOU COULD HAVE GOT ME KILLED! I DON'T WANT TO BE INJURED BY SOME SILLY SLIDING THAT COULD HAVE ENDED UP WITH BROKEN LIMBS AND BONES! WHY ARE YOU HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE? CAN'T YOU BE A BIT MORE SANE?"
"I WAS ONLY GETTING YOU DOWNHILL FASTER! I DON'T LIKE TO GO SLOW! DEAL WITH IT!" They snarled at each other.

Screaming could be heard on the snowy field at the base of the mountain. Genesis, with purple-blue eyes, was screaming curses at herself. Her hands shot up towards her neck as she attempted to strangle herself. "WHY YOU LITTLE..."

Rin felt her husband's movements which caused her to awaken once again, and in the Netherworld it seemed to be late on in the afternoon. Muffling her small yawn with the back of her bandaged hands, she sat up and stretched her arms, though it pulled at her stomach and made her flinch.

Flopping back down against the pillows, she kept her arms stretched out above her hand and stole a glance at her Kyo's sleeping form, making her smile inwardly.

She wrinkled her nose and nipped his ear with a small laugh. "I'm doing better Kyo...." Rin gave him one of her dazzling smiles and wrapped her arms around his neck in somewhat of a hug. For some odd reason she was extremely "perky"...most likely because she could actually sleep without being woken by nightmares and sickness.

She sat up for a minute or so, but soon flopped back tiredly. "I dont know...I'm tired right now still...but if you could stay with me...." Deep inside she felt like such a bother to him, asking him to stay when he probably had things to do and the emotion showed noticably in her eyes, but nonetheless she wanted him there.

Kyo smiled and jumped over her, and landed sideways on her other side, he smiled widely, hoping to entertain her, he put his arms aorund her,'IM your all day my sweet."
