As Lykaios's eyes wandered around the rest of the room after she had become disinterested in the girl who looked at her, she heard one word escape the other girl's lips. Snapping her attention back to the girl, she looked slightly shocked to hear the name of her Uncle. Regaining her composure, Lykaios narrowed her eyes, and under a scrutinizing gaze, studied the woman, wondering how she had ties with the Alpha family. After a few moments, she could come up with no reason, and only sighed, her expression softening, but still her eyes retained a steel-like quality. "Who are you?" she asked, her voice as soft as a jagged rock, and the words short and to the point.

Rose smirked softly, seeing the effect the name had on the woman in front of her. She took her time, going to a couch and sitting down, looking back at her. "Hmm..I guess you could call me an old friend of the families? Though I doubt he'd welcome me with open arms, if he were still alive. Probably didn't like the fact I went off and married another man." Rose took her sunglasses off, putting them on her shirt, between her breasts. She went back to studing the woman in frnot of her. From what she could remember of the Alpha family, she didn't look much like them. In fact she looked like someone she once knew, that kept tugging at the back of her mind.

Scoffing silently as the girl spoke, Lykaios gave a look of distaste. "So she left him? What was she thinking?" she wondered to herself. Shaking off the questions, she cleared her throat softly, and growled at the girl. "Nevermind. I'm rather sorry I asked," she muttered softly. Although she looked nothing like an Alpha physically, there was the mentality of one lieing not far beneath the surface. Even her posture spoke of one with dominance and strength. Perhaps it was all a facade, but the katana sheathed and strapped to a belt at her waist said different.

Rose smirked softly, and shook her head looking at her. She could tell she didn't like the fact that she wasn't with Drax still, or stayed with him. She leaned back against the couch, crossing her legs, allowing her desert eagle's barrel poke out from under her skirt. "Oh, by the way what's your name? Mine's Thares...Rose Thares. Perphas you have heard of the old Family? I know Relinth never liked Drax much.." She shruged softly, looking down at her nails.

Lykaios could only shrug, warily making her way over to a nearby chair. At the mention of Relinth Thares, a fragment of a memory popped into her head, but before she could grab hold of it, it slipped away, leaving only the feeling of despair and loss. Whoever this Thares man was, she knew him, or thought she did. And he had caused her pain. Frowning, she looked at Rose and hesitated, before giving her name. "Lykaios Theta... and I think I've heard the name before. Perhaps Draximas spoke something of it," she suggested easily, staring up at the ceiling.

Rose tilted her head to the side, a lazy smirk still on her face. She reached up, playing with her locket. "Yes, he did control one of the larger guilds.. Equal to that of this place, the AoD here. Relinth was the Overlord to The Order of the Underworld, for years. I'm not sure what happened to though, prehas time has taken it's toll on him... It's taken it's toll on everyone else, my children, my friends, my mother.." She shook her head, blinking slightly to keep from crying, before wondering why was she telling this strange woman these things. She looked over at her, studying her once again, there was just something about her.

Hearing the mention of The Order, Lykaios's eyes fell back on the girl. She knew the name. But it was the same as Relinth, Dirk, and Deshwitat... she couldn't figure out where she had heard them before. It had to have been Draximas who told her. Nodding slowly as if there wasn't a silent conflict going on in her mind, she gave Rose a sympathetic look. "Life can be cruel like that at times..." she muttered simply, as her eyes fell to look at the ground. Her uncle was dead, the Empire crumbled, and unless she chose to ressurrect them, they'd never return unless one of the other nine stepped in... but most were dead by now, or else she had lost contact with them. She refused to bring the Empires back now though. It'd only be a mockery to their former glory, for she doubted she could restore honor and respect to a guild that had been brought back by so many as just a means to toy with the loyalty of its former dedicated members.

Rose was by now, opening staring at her. Realizing what she was doing, she shook her head, blushing; "I'm sorry if I"m staring...you remind me of... Willow.." She blinked softly, wondering why all of the sudden she realized who she looked like in some ways, though her scent, Rose couldn't tell. It had been to long for her. She stood up, and moved closer to her. Rose paused, standing next to her. "May I..look at your hair? Just to know for sure?.. " She reached out, to gently lift the woman's hair. She was looking for a small scar on the back of her neck.

Blinking, Lykaios looked kind of surprised. "Dirk brought up that same thing... why do I keep reminding people of this Willow person?" Lykaios wondered. "Wait, didn't Draximas have some servant girl named that?" she thought again, and a smile appeared on her face. "You must be mistaken. My name has always been Lykaios Theta. I'm not related to any...servant of Draximas," she stated easily, chuckling softly at the very notion. As Rose reached forward to lift her hair, Lykaios leaned backwards and flipped the chair over, her hand flying to the back of her neck for only a moment. Nothing had been seen of any scar on her neck (if there was one indeed) for her hair hadn't moved enough to reveal anything. Landing in a crouched over position and growling, Lykaios glared at the girl, now openly angry. "How DARE you touch me! I don't care who you are, but if it weren't for me being an upstanding member of the Alpha family, I would make sure you were hanged publicly for that," she snapped. Bringing herself to a standing position, she dusted off her dark red dress, and bared a fang at the girl.

Rose blinked and backed away from Lyk she put her hands infront of her and took another step back. "I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset you. I just wondered if you had a small scar back there, I believe I do know you Lyk..and I mean as that name. I just don't remember when..." Rose was of course lieing, but over the years she had grown to it, and was excellant at it now. "I just meant, that you had a bit of her looks, I guess it was just me wishing she was still-" Rose turned away, sighing softly as she ran a hand threw her hair.

Straightening her dress again (though it really didn't need it), Lykaios avoided Rose's gaze and growled softly again. "My name has always been Lykaios Theta, nineth in line for the Alpha Empires," she stated again, appearing to be more calm than before. "You're sadly mistaken to think that I look anything like one of Alpha's servant girls, possibly a whore for all I know or care. I've heard enough of you," she said, her voice dangerously low, close to a growl. With that, she turned on her bare feet, and left the AoD, the door slamming shut behind her with such force, that a piece of wood splintered off of it.

Screeching shadow birds flew in through a window and came together. Lophus appeared as he began to absorb the shadows into himself. He looked around a bit and finally sat down on a nearby chair as his silver eyes continued to gaze at the area around him.
