Rin only moaned and her head flopped back on the pillow. She had a splitting headache and her eyes hurt to keep open do to the light that flooded the room. "I...I'm thirsty....and in pain....I'm tired...b...but I'm afraid to sleep...." Her eyes were in slits, but they fluttered shut completely as she whimpered and managed rolling onto her side to keep her face out of the light.

Kyo poured a very small glass of the bottle the doctor had given him. He didnt trust it , but if it would help Rin...,"Here RIn, Drink this...itll help your headache, and help you sleep."he smiled down on her. ((ok this is not to glorify drugs at all, im Straightedge in fact, but in this time frame opium WAS used in medicinal practises for the symptoms Rin is expieriencing.))

Rin looked at the liquid a bit unsure, but she sat up and drank it anyways. However, once most of it was down her throat, she made a face and spit out the rest that was in her mouth onto the floor and started coughing. She looked up at her husband bewildered and gasped in a few breaths before she could regain speaking ability. "What the hell is that?"

islanders_CO39 Rin looked at the liquid a bit unsure, but she sat up and drank it anyways. However, once most of it was down her throat, she made a face and spit out the rest that was in her mouth onto the floor and started coughing. She looked up at her husband bewildered and gasped in a few breaths before she could regain speaking ability. "What the hell is that?" Smiles,"PErscribed medicine from a knowing doctor. Take it."he pours another shot, but dilutes it a bit with water,"Try it now."

Rin brushed his hand away stubbornly and crossed her arms in front of her chest. "I am not....drinking...any more..." Her face was set in an unreadable expression, and she was convinced that Kyo wouldnt force her to drink it.

Her face was set in an unreadable expression, and she was convinced that Kyo wouldnt force her to drink it. smiles,"Cmon Rin, itll help you."he felt like he was dealing with a stubborn child, who wasnt taking their vitamnins,"Here comes the...umm...choo choo train..."knows its a feeble attempt but begins to move the glass closer to Rins mouth.

Rin sent a small glare his way, but kept her arms crossed over her chest with a stubborn look on her face. "I'm not drinking that..." Firstly she had no idea what it was, it tasted awful, and now he was treating her like a child. At the moment, she didnt want to be teased at all and if she didnt want it then that was end of story for her, but it seemed Kyo would still persist.

Firstly she had no idea what it was, it tasted awful, and now he was treating her like a child. At the moment, she didnt want to be teased at all and if she didnt want it then that was end of story for her, but it seemed Kyo would still persist. Kyo smiled knowingly at her,"Look over there a distraction!" pours it down her throat when she isnt looking and makes sure she swallows it safely,"There we go that wasnt too bad. was it?"

In return for shoving it down her throat she delivered a smack to his face and her face was pale. Touching her feet to the floor, she managed to stand herself up though she teetered. "I TOLD YOU I DIDNT WANT TO DRINK THE DAMN THING KYO!!!!!" The liquid along with her screaming sent a burning sensation through her which made her regret screaming because of her aching stomach and head, along with a tingling sensation in her arms, legs and head making her feel dizzy.

Kyo felt the slap stinging,"OK oK ok, it wasnt really opium, just brandy chill out." gets up and puts his arms around ehr and tries to guide her back to the bed gently.

"Right now I am not in the mood to argue...and I dont want to be teased...so the next time I say NO to something just dont give it to me, and DO NOT tell me to chill out..." Kyo smiled understandingly,"LEts lay down and Rest Rin. i have my own cure for bad dreams. a shot of watered down brandy does the trick I find."lays Rin ddown softly on the bed and pulls the coveres over her and lays upont he top of the covers himself,"You should res rin."puts his arm aroun d her for comfort and support.

Rolling over in his arms so she was facing him, Rin pressed her lips to his softly and pulled him into a long deep kiss and purred softly before nuzzling her nose against his. She nipped at his ear and lower lip before pressing a soft kiss against his lips and snuggled to his chest. "I forgive you..."
