She rolled her eyes at his cockiness before kissing him once again. For a few minutes she was silent, but she stifled a small yawn with one of her bandaged hands. "I dont know Kyo...right now I'm really tired for some reason..." The exhaustion shown in her golden eyes as she rested her head against his shoulder.

"Maybe...." Her golden eyes were slowly drifting shut as she spoke and when they finally did, she curled up closer to him with her face buried in the crook of his neck. "I love you Kyo..." She kissed his neck softly before she started purring. Knowing that it would be harder to sleep that night, she tried to relax.

Rin's dreams were terrible that night...making her sleep completely restless. Her nightmares were full of blood and death...one particular image was off her being stabbed and dying immediately, as well as the slaughtering of her husband and children.

She awoke on a start, panting heavily in the dark with beads of sweat on her forehead.

Akuma was delighted when he discovered just a small taste of Salvatio’s power. The problem was, despite now determining the use for one of the buttons flashing on the consol, there were many more that had not been checked. Akuma grimaced. He didn’t like the idea of testing every last button, even if it would determine it’s purpose. He sighed and sat down in the pilot’s chair to think. “There’s just too strong of a chance that I’ll push a wrong button,” he thought intently. “If only I had a manual or something,” he said to himself almost sarcastically. “Like they would include a manual to a giant machine like this.” He once again pondered his next course of action when he spied something out of the corner of his eye.

He swiveled the chair to the left and took another look. “A book?” he thought. He rose from the chair and went to examine it. The words Manual: Saving the World Made Easy were printed on the cover in bold letters. “This must be a joke,” he muttered as he grasped the thick book and flipped through its numerous pages. He stopped on a page and scanned it briefly. The page read "Consol buttons and their uses". Akuma sighed, “I guess I should be thankful that it’s easy.” Akuma decided to read through the manual from the beginning. He was far from the avid reader, in fact he abhorred almost all forms of reading, but this situation was different. If he didn’t understand how to pilot Salvatio, it could prove to be fatal.

Her long red hair was hanging around her shoulders and face, her hair ribbon had seemingly disappeared. When she heard Kyo speak to her, she quickly wiped the sweat from her forehead even though she was hot and fought to catch her breath.

"Nothing...just....go...go back to sleep. I'm sorry...I didnt mean to wake you..."

Rin brushed her waist length hair out of her face and remained laying down with her hair feathered out on the pillow. Taking in repeated deep breaths, she felt a bit sick after the dream...her stomach queasy like she was going to throw up. "It was a dream....a nightmare..."

"I....I saw it....it was a war...with the enemy...and...they slaughtered Ryo and Kina like animals....they killed your grandfather...then....then I watched them take you away from me. When we were still facing each other...only in the grips of our captors...one of them stabbed me through the stomach and then before I died....they slit your throat...and broke your neck....."

Her stomach lurched at the memory and all the blood, the death....the smell...came back to her hitting her like a slap in the face. It was all too much to handle at the time and she whimpered and her eyes watered and she threw up off to the side of the bed. The nightmare was the worst she had ever had...especially since it made her physically sick.
