Geoff walks in to the demolitions bunker, a bit intimidated by the older men and women who seem to be filing in and out of the whole bunker. Being an outcast never really helps either....
He takes a look around and notices the room full of materials and instructions on how to make bombs. Finding the topic intresting, he grabs a book and the ingredients it calls for and sits down in an attempt to make a practice bomb. The fireworks he and his dad used to make were typical sparklers and screamers, they were never really dangerous, but he knew how they worked. Geoff knew he'd have to study up on this topic in order to do well in the Brotherhood. He didnt want to fight all that much... but he did want to see action.
"One wrong crossed wire... one wayward pinch of Potassium Chloride... one hairy twitch....and KABLOOOOEEE! I think ill like making and dismateling bombs." He sat there for the better part of a few hours construction a basic bomb (like the first one listed on the first page of this thread) and reading up on the nature of explosions, detonations and the science that was involved. "I never liked math... but oh well. I spose i better brush up on that to, it may be important." He toiled away all alone in his little space reading and expirimenting with his bombs, hoping to make his father proud.

Zaid enters the demolitions bunker and smells the gunpowder

he notices a few brotherhood soldiers who are working on disarming those fake beeping bombs

and watches them for a while

after that he heads to one of the computers and starts it up

this was the computer he mostly used when he wanted to put in a new explosive device schematics

he reviewed some videos on how to best install and camouflage explosives

and how to disarm them

after finishing his study he turned off the computer and headed out

((again guys this is the real thing so IF anyone wants to do it I suggest using heavy clothes and handling EVERYTHING with caution))

entering the demolitions bunker again Zaid headed to the same computer he always uses

last night he was unable to sleep and when has those episodes he usually takes long walks around the base

and like every other night he was doing his walks when he thought of a cheap and easy to create explosive

heading into the demo-bunker he found an empty tesst room after getting the ingredients he started mixing them together

when he finished the combination he took the clay in his hands and shaped it into a ball the size of a tennis ball

hiding behind cover glass he thre it at a test block

the explosion didn't have a lot of radius but it shook the glass and the test block was scorched

feeling rather proud of this small accomplishment he decided to head back to his bunk and sleep

when morning came he rose up early and headed to the bunker's computers

which brings us back to where we are now

after waiting for a few seconds for the computer to load
he started inputting the data into the computer along with the warning that this mix is to be handled by professionals and with extreme care

): Unstable Explosives sad

Mix solid nitric iodine with household ammonia. Wait overnight and then
pour off the liquid. You will be left with a muddy substance. Now, take
some rubber gloves and mold medium-sized portions of the mud into spheres.
(Note: Shaping into spheres is optional) Carefully, take the spheres and
throw them at something!)

((WARNING, THIS IS REAL INFO, DON'T TRY THIS ANYWHERE))

((((((: THERMITE smile )))))

Thermite is a powerful substance which can burn through practically
anything, save tungsten. It is especially of use in trying to crack open a
fortress fone. Now, here's how you make it:

It is very simple. The first step in making thermite is to make hematite.
Layman's terms, hematite is iron oxide (rust). Here is a good method of
making large quantities of rust. You will electrolyze a metal rod, such as
a common nail. You will need a source of D.C. power as well. An electric
train transformer is perfect. Attach the rod to the positive wire.
^^^^^^^^
Then, place the rod and the negative wire in opposite sides of a glass jar
filled with water. Put a little salt in the water, just enough to make it
conduct well (a teaspoon). Let the setup sit overnight. In the morning, there
be a dark red crud in the jar. Filter it all out of the water or fish it out
with a spoon. Now you will need to dry it out. Heat it in an iron pot until
it all turns a nice light red color. The other ingrediant you will need are
are aluminum filings. You can either file down a bar of aluminum, or (as I
suggest), buy aluminum filings at your local hardware shop. (if you buy the
bar, use no less than 94% pure aluminum. It's called 'Duralumin'.) That's
almost it. Now, mix together the rust and the filings. The ratio should be
8 grams of rust per 3 grams of aluminum filings. That's thermite!!!

Now, to light it! Stick a length of magnesium ribbon in a pile of the
thermite. (Either steal it from your Chem. Lab or buy it at your local
hardware store. If not, oreder from a chemical supply house, it's pretty
cheap.) The ribbon should stick into the thermite like a fuse. Now, light
the magnesium with a blowtorch. (Don't worry!! The torch isn't hot enough
to light the thermite.) When the burning magnesium reaches the thermite, it
will light. When the thermite burns, get back! That stuff burns at 1000 F!!
Not only that, but it can vaporize carbon steel! It does wonders on human
flesh.

The Squire backed the truck up toward the loading area for the demmo bunker and parked it. On their way in the Squire had "found" a few Initiates who just happened to be both in the area when he came through and on his s**t list. Damion jumped off, gave him a thumbs up then made his way inside.

When he found the officer on duty for the demmo bunker, Damion came to attention and put on his best "soldier" face.

"Senior Initiate Wolf, sir. I am here to pick up the training ammunition for Squire Land."

The officer (he wasn't wearing any rank insignia but he was doing plenty of paperwork) picked up a clip board and looked over the names on it. Then he turned his attention to Damion.

"How much ammo, exactly?"

"Ten crats of five point five six, fifteen crates of seven point six two, fifteen crates of nine milimeter and thirty of caliber fifty heavy machine gun ammunition, Sir."

"Hmm... Ah yes, that sounds about right. I was wondering why that Initiate had dropped it all off here. Very well, I will show you where it is stacked."

A few minutes later, Damion had marked the crates that they were to transport with a orange chalk stick. He walked out to the truck and waved them in, giving them a thumbs up. The Squire grinned and waved back then ordered the few Initiates he had picked up to help load it all.

The work didn't take long with the extra bodies. Soon they were finished and on their way to the firing range.
