"They drank the whole damn bottle before I went up there." she sighed, glancing at Cyric as he nodded. "Generally, they're better about stuff like that, well, fighting wise. Rose never would've taken the form so Emmett never would've... you know what happened." she sighed, annoyed.
"And you wouldn't have gone-" Cyric started but stopped at her glare, even though he knew it wasn't horrible. More just saving her from humilation.

"Or have a small form when they drank it. If I were a sparrow and took two sips of something strong, I'd be as drunk as though I had drank a few bottles, even if I shifted back to this form." she explained. "Only alcohol works that way for shifters, but I'm not sure why..." she added with a shrug.

Jack, an old friend of Xindaris and Thymeast ((hopefully thymeast remembers me sweatdrop )), pops his head into the door and smiles, waving cheerfully.
"Well met all...I will forgo coming in as I have three minutes left online and that is barely enough time to come up with stuff for the first category of profile submissions." He smiles lightheartedly, already the tired persona in the introduction thread is gone, replaced with a more cheery wanderer.
"Rest assured I shall return perhaps tomorrow!" he calls out and then vanishes, the door slamming shut and the pitter patter of sandles as the wanderer runs like the wind to the log out button before his parents eat his soul.

((Yay!! *huggles* I should be on tomorrow, though a word to everyone: I won't be online as much cause i just got 2 omputer games for my b-day so i'll probably be playing those as much as possible... I'll try to get on twice a night or so though... And yes, I do remember you(an no it didn't take me a second to do so... sweatdrop ) ))

Cyric recognized her expression and grinned. "If you thought those three were bad, just wait until you meet the rest of the family. Not that you should or would want to; they'd kill you in a heartbeat simply to annoy us." he said, sobering at the last part.

"Fine, do what you want. Just please don't involve me more than necessary..." she pleaded, giving up as he grinned and left before the others could say anything. She looked over the bar again, checking for anything broken as she muttered something about men under her breath.
