xgothicxchikx *Jc shook her head, she didn't want to sound too calm about the matter, so she sounded confused.*
"I was just asking her what she was doing because she woke me up. She didn't have anything with her. What's going on?" "Play the innocent one why don't you?!" Ms. Harlem snarled at her, and then looked at Ra'Velle. "Hand it over, or spend the night in the basement, alone!" Ra'Velle stared at her for a moment, not saying a word. She didn't know why she was hiding the letter, perhaps it was because Lee offered for them to leave with him. But she didn't move at all, and she didn't resist as Ms. Harlem grabbed her arm/

*Jc jumped up and pulled on Velle's other arm, and made a swipe for the Old Lady's arm.*
"She didn't do anything! What are you talking about? She just came in here, and sat down. YOU came storming in here, accusing Velle of doing something that apparately(sp?) she hasn't done. Leave us alone, and pick on something else!"

"Pick on some one else?!" Ms. Harlem repeated with enraged eyes, she let go of Ra'Velle's arm and reached for Jc's. "Look you! What happen to the scared little crybaby?! Do I have to mention how pathetic you are?! You're not helping this girl, you're making it worse!" She then grabbed onto both of them and yanked them.

*Jc wrapped her hand back around the old lady's arm and yanked right back on her arm. Pulling both of them right back into Jc.*

Ms. Harlem's eyes narrowed on her, and then she yanked her hand out of her grip and took a chunk of her hair in her hand yanking her closer once more. "Is this how I have to tote you around?!"
Ra'Velle winced as she saw what Ms. Harlem was doing. Why do people stick up for her, when all they end up is hurt...? "Ms. Harlem stop! Please...! Jc doesn't know anything... She wasn't even looking at me... Don't hurt her."
Ms. Harlem looked at the girl who was on the verge of tears and she shook her head. "You think I should let a sassy little brat go after she yelled at me, and tried to harm me?! I don't think so!!!" She let go of Ra'Velle and then took Jc's arm with her other arm, still holding firmly onto her hair.

((Sorry I had just seen a few action films, and it got into me to be in a fighting mood, please don't hurt Jc. lol))
*Jc looked at Velle, 'Man do she care for this kid. I've got to fight for both of us.' Jc didn't care for the pain of the hair. She started to twist, and the pain was making tears well up in her eyes, but she didn't want Velle to see that she was crying. She tried to free her other arm, and punched the old lady in the stomache with other free arm. Hoping that it would make her let of go of Jc.*

Ms. Harlem's eyes flared up and she then pulled even harder at the girls hair hearing the ripping sound slightly, and then she wrapped her arms around her and began to carry her away. "I ought to through you off the edge!"

*Jc could feel her roots starting to come out of her head, and it was enough pain to start to bring on the tears. She didn't want to cry, this wasn't how it was suppose to work out. She thought for a few more seconds on what she could do. She then asked a question to the old lady, it had curiousity in it, and it wasn't yelling or anything, she asked it with a normal voice. 'Maybe, just maybe I can talk my way out of this.' She thought to herself.*
"What do you mean?"
