Issun's eyes half-closed at the display of friendship between the two. It actually made him sick to watch. Whether that was because his hatred for humans who allked themselves with demons or because he knew demons were manipulative, he couldn't tell. Maybe it was both. "Ah~! Why can't we be like them, Issun~?" Daemorai wrapped his arms around Issun again, making him tense. He was ready to use his sword on the devil, even if it wouldn't actually hurt him. "Careful, Issun. I get the feeling the demon's not the dangerous one here. There's something...very threatening about Skylar." "Let go of me." Pulling away from Daemorai, Issun followed the demon and human pair, staying at a distance. In the other hand, however, Daemorai decided to be social. The devil summoned his magazine again and and flew over to the two. "Let's see if you two have better tastes than my little master. Which of these two would you prefer~?" Idiot. He's going to get us both killed.

Natalia was pleased the two younger females hadn't objected to goig to Izoold. She would like to ride a ship that didn't involve her being exiled. "Alight, so it's settled. We're going to Izoold." "A ship. Joy...." Natalia laughed a bit at Arlin's discomfort. He didn't get sea sick, but he didn't like ships. But, the half-elf would follow his princess to the ends of the earth, and board as many ships as she asked him to. "Well, if there aren't, we can always go to Asgard. Still, it's a port city. There's bound to be at least one ship at the docks."






Hubert had killed the previous monster, but was soon ambushed by another group. Imps or something. He fought them, but they were troublesome. He was soon joined by another male. This one was older and had white hair, which pointed ears. That was odd. Still, he was grateful for the help. Not that there was much time for expressing it.





Raine had collected a series of books on Niflheim and mana to see if maybe she could find something if she looked through them a second time. By now, the flower had recovered and bloomed. She had hoped to observe it more, but it was fine. She'd just recall the process later. As she flipped through one of the books, she heard some people talking and looked up at the small group. It seemed an older male was being asked about his relationship with a young girl. Raising her eyebrow, Raine set the book down. She didn't want to leave this alone if there was a chance this man had just walked up to a girl who didn't know him. It certainly didn't look like they were related. This was an ironic train of thought for her, if she considered Emil and Presea, but she was a big sister. She'd be paranoid if some stranger walked up to Genis. Walking over to the small group, Raine crossed her arms and offered a smile. "Is everything alright over here?" Raine looked at the young girl, seeing she didn't look like she was scared. "Do you know this man, little one?"

Pascal's eyes glazed over in awe. The instants Time Wizard was summoned, she nearly forgot of everything all around her. How did she do that?! She summoned a creature from a single card! That's . . . just . . . so . . . AWESOME! In the middle of her euphoria, she heard the gut-wrenching howls of a throng of velocidragons. Their eyes burned with dark bloodlust at her. "Well, somebody's hungry. Too bad for you, I'm off the menu!" She raised her shotstaff high, surging with energy. "O Titan of Crimson, smash them apart! Full throttle ahead! Ruby Inferno!" Silence. "Uh . . . Ruby Inferno?" Same silence. "Um . . . Saphiring Squad?" More silence. "Eek . . . Emerald Strike?" Even more silence. "ANYBODY?! Gah!!!" In the midst of her summoning blunder, one of the velocidragons attacked her with a fireball. Bending over backwards, she was able to dodge the missile. I cant summon anything! Is it because I'm not on the same planet as my Eleth Spirits? Oh man . . . How am I gonna make up for my Mystic Artes?

Elize stared up at the books, looking at the titles she could see from here. It felt like she was looking at Elympion letters for the first time again. It was just as Alvin said before. If you got used to the cosmetic differences, reading this material was a cinch. But, this wasn't her world. How were their letters so similar? Well, it didn't matter. As long as she could read the materials in front of her. As she continued searching for an appropriate title, a familiar voice rang out and someone walked up to her. Elize looked up at the brown-haired male with half-closed eyes. Even though she looked annoyed to see him, she was actually quite pleased. Here she was in a foreign world. Without any of her friends. Alin showing up here was like a miracle. Not that she'd ever admit that. "Hmph. I don't remember asking you to worry." Even as she said that, Teepo floated over and gave his usual "Teepo Kiss", nearly swallowing Alvin's head. Mamizou and Tear approahed, and it seemed they were skeptical of Alvin. They had good heads on their shoulders, as Alvin would say. Before she could answer, however, a woman came over and questioned them. Elize blushed a bit and looked down. "Yes, I know him. He's one of Jude's friends. His name is Alvin." "Alvin is Ellie's little buddy!" "Y-You're not supposed to be talking! Don't tell lies, Teepo!"









Seishin's ears went down as Solaire spoke, explaining everything to them. He didn't really understand any of this, but it had something to do with stones and words. Sort of like spirit fossils and the incantation humans gave to spirits. Only...different. Whining a bit, Seishin lowered his head and rested his paws on his head as if he had a headache. All this talk about phantoms was confusing him. So, white and gold phantoms were good, but red ones were bad. Was that right? This is all so hard to understand.






Serenity noticed the ice attack and looked over to see the source. A white-haired girl with a book of sorts. She had so much to learn about this place. Especially Pascal's magic, which...didn't seem to be working right now. Well, that sucked. Serenity sent Time Wizard to attack the monsters that were closing in on them before she ran up to Pascal. "Are you okay? It looks like your magic just took off on vacation from your performance."

The raptors and riders weren't that tough when the rider was forced off the back of their steeds. How many of these things were there? It was like a gang or something. It was annoying. What's worse, Maka could swear she had seen Asura. But, he just vanished suddenly before it could actually register that she had seen him. Had she really seen him? She hoped not. "Maka! Look out!" Maka stumbled back when Soul transformed again, quickly tripping a rider that had come up behind her. Soul changed his arm into a blade and finished him off before turning to Maka and frowning. "What's wrong with you? You suddenly...lost focus." "Sorry....I just....I was thinking. I thought I saw....No. Never mind. It looks like Zaul and Jade are back." Soul tilted his head before deciding not to press the matter. He transformed again so Maka could fight if she had to before they approached the two men. "Where should they go? Is there a town near here they can take shelter?"









Maiku was a nervous wreck. He had saw the port on a map at the inn, and had left so he could check it out. A group of travelers had offered to escort him for free, feeling bad that a kid was alone. But, now that he was here, he suddenly remembered he had no money to pay for passage on a ship. Or, for a room at the port inn. No money for anything, not even a candy bar. Now what was he supposed to do? He could maybe find something to do that could get him paid. There had to be someone that had something for him to do and be willing to pay. Worst case scenario, he could stow away on the ship.

With Serenity's Time Wizard protecting them, Pascal jumped back up onto her feet. "I'm okay, but my Spirit Summons can't reach me now." That's pretty weird. I mean, I could summon them easily when I was on Fodra. Wherever I am now must be lightyears away from home. Still powerful enough to pull off another mystic arte, Pascal dashed into the swathe of monsters ahead of her. If summoning artes can't do, then I'll just have to make due with the next best thing! From out of the sky, a familiar face appeared with rocket launchers at the ready; Mecha-Asbel! "Da-ta-dum! Fever Dream!!!" In a blaze of glory, Pascal rode off with Mecha-Asbel as he fired an arsenal of missiles at the velocidragons.

Upon seeing the Velocidragons, Krystal had nearly mistaken them to be among the monsters that were attacking. She would have struck at them if she haven't caught Zaul's shout out to not hurt the dragons. She gazed over to see Zaul and Jade before she would approach the two along with Maka and Soul, who was in scythe form. Her ears twitched from hearing Maka's question. "If I remember from the map, the closest place from here is Luin." She then looked to Zaul. "Right?" She asked, wanting to make sure she was right.

Tear had watched as Teepo floated over to give Alvin his 'Teepo Kiss' as a slight blush stained her cheeks. The doll was so cute. Her attention quickly shifted to the woman who questioned about Alvin. It would seem that the man was indeed someone from her world. What caught her by surprise was that Teepo talked. A talking doll. That was something Tokunaga couldn't do at all. So cute... She thought to herself before regaining her composure. When Alvin introduced himself to the group, she gave a slight nod in greeting to him. "Pleasure to meet you, Alvin. I'm Tear Grants." She said then caught notice of Cross approaching the white-haired woman. She had recalled from when she first met him that he had sensed mana from her and how it was similar to this world. Perhaps he was sensing mana from this woman as well?
