The real space, sublight engines flared. It would take a while to reach the speed where he could get anywhere. It would take him months to go anywhere at these speeds though. He felt the macine spirit groan with pain from the stress the engines cfaused to the damaged parts of the infrastructure. 'It is okay Navarre. We will live and we will find safe port.' He whispered from his body, which felt far away. The ship heard it in his mind though he thanked him for attempt to comfort it. He then went to work calibrating the communication systems using servitors and other machines now under his ministrations due to his connections. He also sent a couple to repair the damage as best they could and make the ship as ship shape for FTL travel as they could.

But all this was tiring. Even the most mentally strong could not control an entire ship by will alone for long. For the gods' sake, it was normally crewed by more than a thousand men to relieve the stress on the Captain's and Navigator's minds as they controlled hundreds, if not thousands, of the ship's functions. He had to control all the main systems alone and it would have killed him a century ago. It nearly did now, but he would take it as far as he could. He extended his will across every inch of the ship, embraced its every pain, and grew stronger because of it. The light vruiser reached just over one half the speed of light, the speed required for it to make a warp breach, but didn't have the machinery to make an uncoordinated jump with the jury-rigged hyper space engine he'd attached to its wounds. He would need help. Luckily the machines were nearly done rerouting the comm systems.

The corrections were complete and the astropathic communications grid was rerouted to work on the same psychic frequency as a Navigator's mind rather than that of an astropath's. He could now send and recive messages over vast tracts of space nearly instantly, though he had to commune with another force sensitive to do so or he would risk burning out the mind of the one he was communicating with. One problem with activating it though was that he was a beacon for anyone looking for him, though it would be a perplexing feeling along the lines of the force when one felt something that was more machine than man giving off a force signature.

The machine spirit of the great ship fretted as he prepared to open the astropathic channels. It didn't think he could take the strain of running everything at once and open communications as well. To calm it, he let it take control of all the major systems and he keyed up the coms array and sent began sent out a pulse of psychic energy in the direction he felt the whiphid named Ch'Unkk was.

Its good to feel you again Revenant, the order is doing as well as it can at the moment. The force is a powerful thing especially when you know how to use it. Where are you my friend?

There is always the maw, if you can get to it, it is one of the safest places and a jedi safe haven, and there is a rather large ship building facilatuy there.

There is a safe path through the black holes, and since you are a jedi, you will be able to guide it through and nothing should happen star destroyers have made it through the maw and not been damaged

The Navarre's engines flare harder as the ship prepares for hyper-space translation. Its adhoc hyperspace engines begin to hum as they too activate.

The Navarre reached top speed and slipped into hyperspace with a shudder. A torturous scream echoed out of the Navigator's chamber as Revenant took the brunt of the pain caused by the sudden tearing at the wounds on the ships belly. The pain became a dull throb as the ship continued on, the machine spirit fretting the entire way, as the ship headed towards Kessel and the Maw.

The Navarre slipped its way carefully and slowly through the gravity wells in hyperspace created by the Maw's black holes, slowing as it approached the clam eye of the storm. It broke stride at the very edge of it, Revenant's mind no longer able to take the stress. He passed out as the ship entered real space, the machine spirit taing over from there.

Hales floated in space for a while, thinking on her options. Now that she was here floating in space, she wasn't sure she had any idea what she was doing. Yes, she wanted to be a Jedi...but where? Where was she going to find a Jedi Master or Jedi Knight to teach her and learn the ways. She had one of two ways. Either she went to Naboo...and be stuck on yet another planet for the Force knows how long...or she'd...she sighed softly. Her hands dropped to her lightsaber, twiddling with it gently. Over time, it had become scratched and she had polished it, mended it so that it would always be in pristine shape. She wondered fearfully what would happen if she ever lost it...she had depended on it a number of times. It comforted her, just as her cousin had once comforted her. She knew it inside and out. Her weaponry analysis lessons had hit the point. Give her a weapon and she'd be able to tell you after a good tinkering what it's main points were for. A large ship passed in front of her...and a niggle inside her told her to start the gears to land in the ship. She revved up her engines and chased the large ship.

The 9:0]Navarre[i/] entered hyperspace quickly after leaving the Maw. It made due course for Obroa-Skai and his allies.
