Kitori smiled softly as she continued to cook. When she was done, she handed a piece to Kohaku and smiled again. "Here you go. Hope its good."

Kohaku took the food but just ate a very small portion of it and settled it down.
"..I'm done.." said Kohaku and then was heading out to start training.

Kitori took her portion and started to eat. She looked when Kohaku said he was done and frowned a little at the little food he had on his plate. She quickly and got up and followed Kohaku.

Kohaku then was heading towards the sea and was taking off his shirt but was still clutching Seiryuu by his hand.
He then was heading towards the sea and dived quite deep and then started his training on endurance.

When they reached the sea, Kitori looked around and smiled. She then looked at Kohaku and blushed lightly when he took off his shirt and turned around, trying to get them to go back to normal. When they did, she turned to see him in the water and smiled as she took off her shoes then dived in and did the same.

Kohaku then unsheated Seiryuu and then started swinging Seiryuu, trying to get it to the same speed as it is in land.

Kitori stopped and watched what Kohaku was doing as she tilted her head. She then smiled as she unsheathed Ketsuna and started to swing it too.

He then swum fast enough that he disappeared and then started to slice off stones next to him.

'He's amazing.' Kitori thought as she smiled, she began to swim for endurance again then something grabbed her leg and started to drag her under the water. "Mph!" She said before she was pulled beneath the sea.

Kohaku then turned and just realized that Kitori was with him and was in trouble.
He then swam after her and then pulled her off, then freezing the thing that was pulling her.

The thing that pulled her down was a shapeshifter from the shapeshifting clan. Kitori gasped for air as she panted. "T-thank...you.." She said between breaths.

Kohaku nodded and then dived once more and closed his eyes, listening to the vibrations of the water and the creatures.
