I also just found out I have a bladder infection.... redface

I know that there are antibiotics you can take, but until I get a chance to go to the doctor, is there anything other than Cranberry juice (which I already know of) that I can use to help?

That happened to me right after I got pregnant and I didn't go to the doctor at all, I just ate yogurt, drank cranberry juice and cut out really sugary stuff and it went away on it's own. Now I just drink some cranberry juice every few days or so and I have a bottle of cranberry concentrate around just in case I run out of juice. Of course, I've noticed that if I eat any sort of little debbie cake or cupcake type thing, that I start to get a bladder infection so even though I used to love them I now avoid them like the plague. It's funny because they also don't taste as good now, knowing what the result of eating one will be. Regular cake doesn't give me bladder infections though, so I don't really know what in those types of products does it.

I get bladder infections if I don't wash off after going #2 (I have soft stools) and before having intimate relations with my husband... redface I wash off very religiously and haven't had any infections.

OOlong tea is a big thing in Japan for weight loss.. green tea is great too, so is apple cider vinegar, which I think someone mentioned.. but even the tablets are nasty so I dont do that, but OOlong tea is good...

Also, almost any infection can be cured by garlic (Internal) External use honey. The anciant egyptions used honey for everything because it's a wonderfull topical anticeptic... (Makes a good shampoo when mixed with witchhazel and tea tree oil too. Great for dandruff)
