{Yeah I dont even think elevators were inveted yet in this rp but what EV}
"Mind talking works." Spike told San in his mind. He waited in the elevator in silence a smile streched across his face at random times. a ding sounded and it was spike's turn to drag San. They came up to a dark green door with the nubers 243 in gold bolted to the door. Spike turned the key and they went into the room.

ooo. mind talking. creepy.. he thought as they rode the elevator. He subconsiously wondered why the heck Spike kept smiling but it obviously wasn't too important to him.
As he was dragged down the hall San said, "So spike, why don't you tell me a bit about yourself?" he paused at the now open doorway of they're room before going in. It was a drab little room, a desk and a fridge, a tele and a full bath, and one bed ... "WAIT! one bed...." he said, a bit more worried sounding then he actually was.

Spike paused. "one. bed." he repeted each word as he looked at the small sized bed that would just fit the two of them if they layed really close. Spike sat down on the foot of the bed. He tryed to ignor that fact and go on. "what would you like to know?" He asked the worrie still on his face. there wasent even a couch for one of them to sleep on. The thought of them in the same bed sleeping made him shiver. But spike didnt even know this San person. If he was a nice guy would it matter. He was surly not sleeping on the floor.

 San sighed and sat on the floor, crosslegged, in front of Spike. He shrugged, "I dunno. where do you live..if anywhere?" San tried to push the nervous thoughts of having to share a bed with Spike. Why was he even here ... it was only because Spike was another vampire. this is madness ... you don't even know him... a voice told him. San silenced it and smiled up at Spike, hoping he opted not to listen in on San's thoughts.

"I dont really live anywere." Spike told San. he wqqs dangling his feet off the edge of the bed twisting his ancels around each other nuovusly. He had couht San's thoughs and he was feeling mixed feelings himself. He thought it was just San's powrs at first but now Spike wasent sure. It was true that Spike wouldent be with san if he wasent another vampire. Spike was thirsty so he wouldent last long with any human. But maby it was because of his thirst that made him feel to San. "Do you have a home San?" He asked.

San smiled, "What a co-ink-e-dink. i don't live anywhere either... " he paused then added "we'll i've tried to have a home...it doesn't work out. " He twiddled with his hair nervously. what's he thinking...?" he thought anxiously...

San's smiled widened at Spike's words. He tried to supress the warmth he felt at the idea of being with someone by laughing like Spike was joking. He gulped and said, "Yeah, of course..."

Spike smiled at him thankful that San didnt think he was crazy, though he was a bit angerd by the way San took it. "Its not joke. I mean it" Spike told him.

San smiled up at Spike.damn he thought i was really laughing.... he thought sharply. WEL DUH! a voice in his mind bit back. San shoved the mind down and said "When did i ever say i thought it was a joke?" In reality, if spike had said it was just a joke San probably would have been crushed, though you would never know it.

Spike layed back on the bed puting his hands behind his head. "It was just the way you laughed." He told him hopeing he didnt mean it. and that San was happy that Spike asked to live togeather. But he put that in the back of his mind. "I dont really know much about you eather." He told him. "Do you have a family?" He asked.

San hopped off the floor and and went to sit on the bed. He sat crosslegged at the top of the bed, right above Spike's head. "I have a family. In a way." he looked down on the boy, "I have a family but they chose not to aknowledge me..." he sighed and looked up at the ceiling. "the only thing that makes me family is blood."

Spike looked upp at San. "I'm sorry." He told him. "I dont remeber my family." He said takeing his hads from behind his head and rested them on his stomic still looking at San.

San looked down at him and said, "your lucky, I wish I couldn't remember my family." San smiled and out of the blue pulled Spike closer and set his head in his lap. "I was dying to mess with your hair." he explained as a slender had reached out to twirl a strand of spike's hair and the other stroked the boy's soft hair breifly.
