Julia Dream Crackerbox Palace STARL!GHT Guerr!llaPop Your sig gets me all fangirly every time I see it. D:<
Anyway. Am I like the only person on earth who thinks Daniel Radcliffe is really, REALLY ugly?
I'm seeing it Sunday, nonetheless.
You don't have enough money to go to America? I'm in America and I don't have enough money to fly to Florida! emo ♥ {G.pop}™ he is pretty fugly rupert grint's so much fitter
i would totally go to harry potter land i'd save and save but umm i'm already saving for going to china and glasto in 2 years XD
09's gonna be flippin' awesome. lol it was funny when he was on craig. the crowd screamed about the ice cream truck and craig was like wot the 'ells wrong with you?
and then he told rupert he couldnt just drive away not giving kids ice cream cos theyd run to their parents screaming ron weasley had just driven by in an ice cream truck and theyd be sent to therapists XDDCraig totally owned that interview. Rupert was pretty much nodding and going "uh-huh." the entire time. who the fish is craig?
on another note i'm nearly halfway through the new book!
i trekked to tesco at midnight in the rain and that is a stomp! much better with alcohol though (:

I'm only about 114 pages in.
I had to wait til this morning to get my book because my dad wouldn't drive me to Barrie during the night to pick it up haha.
But I love it so far, and really don't want it to end. I'm also staying away from the forums... I don't want to see any spoilers sad

I just finished the book.
The one thread of spoilers that I'd read on the internet were actually (mostly) wrong, which was... odd.

I don't know if I want to read it. When HBP was going to come out, once it was spoiled for me I didn't want to read it. Then my liking for Harry Potter fizzled away. Maybe I can bring myself to read it. But I heard the ending sucked and was fanfictionesque.

The Epilogue to the book, to me, was pretty much like JKR going "HEY, EVERYONE, IT'S OVER SHUT UP ABOUT IT NOW, KTHX."
But it was alright.

Julia Dream The Epilogue to the book, to me, was pretty much like JKR going "HEY, EVERYONE, IT'S OVER SHUT UP ABOUT IT NOW, KTHX." But it was alright. i mean i know she wrote the epilogue as she did so people couldnt write something or wotever but to me it seemed sort of slapdash manufactured. it was pretty shoddy writing in comparison to the rest of the book, but thats just my thoughts.
killed off my favorite bleeding character too sdkfkjfasf
actually, i was tricked in the gd awhile back into seeing the spoilers. i thought the guy doing it was a nutter but it was the one guy who got the news attention for leaking the book >_O so i knew quite a bit of wot was going to happen but blocked it out until i realized the spoilers were real when that first character -cough- died.
lol and if anyone is curious to see who my favorite character is they can highlight here>>>>>hedwig. XDDD no, i kid, i kid. it used to be sirius but hes been dead for ages so it was lupin kdskf

'kay everyone who's read the book, highlight here while I b***h and moan about JKR's messy epilogue:
It pretty much only clarified one thing: who got married to whom, and most of us already figured that out, didn't we? It left countless other questions open without answers - and reasonable questions, too, like who the hell raised Lupin's kid? Who was that Victoire person? What are Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny's jobs? Are they living with muggles or are they living in a secluded place like the Burrow was? Did McGonnagal become headmistress/headmaster/whatever it is when you're female and the leader? What happened to George after his brother died? Did he keep his jokes shop or would he have been too depressed to think about it?
It seems like all JKR really cared about was keeping the Ron/Hermione shippers happy, and making the Harry/Hermione shippers shut up.
'kaydone.

i just thought it was very slapdash highlight and such i guess>>>i mean for christ sake the level of writing went down cos she took time to rly detail it out whereas in the nineteen year bit she kinda was like AND HE HAD SOME KIDS, OK? i mean for christsake naming one severus i agree with the no fred bit. lol they care enough about severus and albus but fred? eh hes just family XD thats all
didja notice as she went along people stopped sort of caring as much? they moaned about mad eye, dobby too, fred for a few pages and then for tonks and lupin she just had that they were lying there "like they were asleep" it was like barely a paragraph.
fah wotever its her book she still made millions.

Highlight huurr >>>> Well... I Loved the book. Obviously there were parts I disliked about it but I still thought it was great. Like you guys have said already, she could've explained a lot more then she did. I didn't really like the ending. Like the last part was "Harry's scar hadn't hurt in 19 years. All was well." THE END. Obviously all was well. But why can't I hear more about everyone else's lives. What happened to Luna and her dad even? And who's headmaster/mistress now? I have like so many more questions that I wish were answered, and was really hoping she would answer. I stilled LOVED the book. I also cried a lot o.o I know, I'm sensitive.

Because of the five line Krum cameo I became insanely fond of the Victor/Luna crack pairing. ._.
wtfiswrongwithme?
You know, I think she was purpously vague with the ending to give fans something to ponder. Why? Because she hates us. emo

I want a Sirius Black shirt sad
But I've now come to the conclusion that she left the ending open for a new series. Possibly using the new young characters she introduces at the end wink
