Buffy can plan things much better then Faith. She has principles, and knows how to be a leader, how to protect the innocent. I don't think Faith has that in her. She is cool tough, but Buffy just is a better slayer, or at least that is what I think.

Buffy was the better slayer but Faith had her strengths that made her an awesome slayer as well!
