She was born in Toulouse, but lived most of her life in Paris. She lives in Quebec right now for her job.
Yeah... she''s one of my best friends though, so despite her getting me completely mashed on Absinthe, there was alas no hot Boy on French Girl action. That would really only serve to mess me up even further in the long run lol....

I really should have clarified my last comment to Linen, but to do so would have violated one of Randolyn's rules about the past. But I will tell you a little bit about my experiences with Ouzo. I've had several good friends who really liked the stuff, and so they turned me on to it. One was a ex-roomate of mine, and the other was the husband of a friend of mine. I used to drink a hell of a lot. So even though Ouzo is 90 proof, I used to be able to drink quite a bit of it. I really liked the taste of it. And since I used to drink almost everything straight up, you can see how I might have developed a taste for it. There really is nothing like the taste of Ouzo. I'm not drunk, but my suitemate is. I can't tell if that's laughing or crying coming from in there.
I'm probably not going to be awake for the hangover, though, since my first class is at 11:30 and I'm not getting up until 10.
