trainer= awesome... I mean it... I hurt but it was pretty cool... and I didn't feel anywhere near as dumb as I thought I would... hell yeah!

today Justin and I did Yoga... it was hard... my muscles are all sore from the gym trainer thing... but I feel pretty awesome... and I am really happy about having fitness so impacting my life.

worked out yesterday... it was the first time in a while and my back is really feeling it... I think I have been out of the spirit to do this with work and school being so rough... but I refuse to let them win!!!

I had fallen off the wagon and then gotten sick... but decided today I am back in... it is October... I love October and I am convinced I can learn this as part of my life... so yes I am back... beware because I am once again headstrong and determined.

I got my yoga on this morning... I am hoping to get something more intense going tonight but I woke up with a muscles tightened and well that hurts... so if it loosens... maybe I can get some sleep before Mexico this Friday.

Ok here we go a manifesto... I am starting anew AGAIN tomorrow. I am getting up and working out before work. I really don't wanna... I don't want to eat well or do any of the things I should but for the love of postsecret I am gonna. No more soda, less crappy food, more good food, better eating patterns and better taking care of myself.

it is now 2008... back on the taking better care of self train... today I have done about 20 pushups and intend to do 50 in total... Additionally I will be doing 100 situps...

well the last time didn't go as planned and I kept that in mind tonight... I had my last fast food and the first of a renewed commitment to fitness... so Billy kicked my a** for an hour...

added bonus... Justin also went to the gym with Mario... and they are now on a workout regime. blaugh

Today I begin again... no more bad stuff... feeling sorry or pissed all the time... that is not my path.

With that said: today I did my Tae-Bo... it was challanging... but I am stronger...

Now I am going to bathe and find my friend's party.
