here are some basic things about the Rain Village...
Amegakura or the Village Hidden in the Rain is located in the Rain Country. Little is known about this village but from observation it seems to be surrounded by thick forest. Coming from this village are strong shinobi that usually end up as missing-nins if not already one. Their most common weapon seen are needle laced umbrellas and most of their attacks are water-based. The village leader or Kage is unknown.

I don't know what their kage is called, but I really meant it that you can be the kage for rain if you want

yeah, it would be fun to be the kage because it would be like gaara in an rp if we had one for naruto. because gaara goes on missions when hes the Kazekage
