I was right - there was no capital punishment! Of course, Bella and Voldemort were killed, but there was no institutionalised capital punishment per se.
(Of course, that's no surprise. I'm always right, after all.)

Due to the fact that we only have so many threads that are unlocked, I'm going to post some on-topic things so that I don't get banned. So basically, it's intellectual spam, but I don't think that I can avoid it. *shrugs*
You know, now that I look back on it, I don't think that Lucius was put through capital punishment. I think he may have had to do something to repent for his crimes, but I bet he didn't die. Lucius seemed to do the right thing in the end.

Draco would see the Trio as being responsible for anything like that happening, and the fact that he was civil to them at the station suggests that he's gotten past a large part of his childhood emnity. Agreed. At the end, Draco seemed to show some respect for Harry, even just a little bit... in my opinion.

*nods* He doesn't want to continue the fued between him and Harry. Do you think they would've spoken after the last book? You don't think the 'nineteen years later...' was the first time they've spoken since then, do you? I hope not. I'd like to believe that they spoke after Deathly Hallows and they came to some sort of a consensus.

I can see Draco being a ministry official of some sort. If that's the case, then Harry and Draco would've interacted at some point in time. I think it would be really cool if Draco became an auror or something, along with Harry. -^^- But, that's just the fangirl coming out in me.

I don't want to believe that he became a Hogwarts governor like his father, unless he really is doing it for the better good. I think I like idea of someone high up in the ministry.
