Well, for the chakrams(sp?) you could always use cardboard and fun foam. You know? Wood works too. If you need help just call Mikaela or I and we'll help you out.
Bereznoff, cotton would be a good plan for that, wire will help with keeping stuff up-right, and you could always use a mesh for the eyes.

Did you find one that should be fairly easy to do?
