Anyways I have only been to see local bands. Nothing special.
Although Darkbuster and Seven Sins are coming here next weekend heart

Starburstnova gonk -UBERjealous- I think they're playing here tomorrow night, but I'm broke. emo Aw, same here. I missed them a little ways back because of no money. I missed The Locust and 400 Blows too, and I'm going to miss getting to see DeVotchKa as well. Mostly because I'm super broke all the time, or it's on a night that just doesn't work out for me. BLAH. It'll be nice when I finally have money.... in like 5 years from now. mad

Balloons I've never really gotten the difference between "shows" or "gigs" or "concerts." I just use show and concert as the same thing but I've heard people claim they're different before. The difference that I can think of is concerts are big gatherings. Like 1,000+ or so, just a lot of people, in a big area. And shows are smaller in a small area. As for "gigs", I've always considered that to be what the artist/bands call it. Like; "I've got a gig tonight." I don't know. I was just pretty much saying I haven't really been to a concert to see a big well known band.

Yay! Seeing Harry and the Potters and (probably) They Might Be Giants again soon! I can't wait, both shows should be great fun.

I imagine TMBG would be super fun to see live. I still don't know them THAT well, but that'd be pretty awesome.
I'm probably going to Summerfest to see The Hush Sound (for the third time), The Academy Is... (also for the third time), Gym Class Heroes, and Panic! At The Disco. whee

It's a music festival in Milwalkee. http://www.summerfest.com/I'm kind of confused how it works. I think you can get an all-day ticket, which is what my brother did last year...but I think we're just going for one specific set... Oh well, I'm not the one buying tickets. xd
