That's true, our laws don't apply to kingdom hearts. However, I find it wrong, That's my opinion.

Anyhow, the penalty for statutory rate actually depends on the age diffrence. If the person whose older is above 25, then the punishment is more severe, however if thier under twentyfive, it's less. (That's my understanding of it at least) If the person is 18, it's not really as bad as all that....and the person could even get probation. Also, sometimes it's not even charged, cause in the end it comes down to wheather or not the parent wants to go through with charges or not. then there's a whole lot of mindset, maturity, and what not of the child in question.

OF course, Why didn't I see it before.... Crap. I missed a factor in my argument, And I really hate to admit this, but.....AHHHH! KINGDOM HEARTS WAS MADE IN JAPAN, AND IN JAPAN THE CHILD MOLESTATION LAWS ARE DIFFRENT, AND SET AT A MUCH YOUNGER AGE! Ugh, I hate it. But if we're appyling laws to it, it would be Japans.
