Its not much of a secret. He AR's them.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the ActionReplay just another GameShark-like cheat toy? Where's the fun in that?

Yes. xd I only use them to get ONE copy of Event Pokemon that are unavaliable(sp?) now.
