Harvested Sorrow Big_Sugah Half-Life had some good music. It had a great mix of moody ambient sounds and techno (when you're taking on the government soldiers in a firefight). Half-Life HAD music? That's news to me, I never noticed it. xp Perhaps you're thinking of Half-Life 2? No, HL had music. There was a little thing you could turn on in the options called 'Play CD music' or something like that. It was actually pretty cool music.

Harvested Sorrow Bobbi Joe All the Tony Hawks, if you take away all the hip-hop and have a never ending playist of punk and metal. whee Pure bliss. There's not a damn bit of metal OR punk on either of those. Ska/pop-punk garbage and nu-metal maybe, but no metal or punk on the ones I've played. (1 through 4) ...well, aside from ONE Ramones song on THPS 3. But that's it. Au cotraire. Or however the hell you spell it. THPS 1~had Dead Keneddys. And you're stupid if you don't call that punk. THPS 2~ can't really remember...I think it had an Operation Ivy song... THPS 3 ~ Ace of Spades. That's ******** metal. Blitzkrieg Bop, like you mentioned. THPS 4 ~ 666 The Number of the Beast by Iron Maiden. I think that classifies as heavy metal. ...Sorry...had ta say that...

I would have to say that my fav. game music comes from the Final Fantays series. At the top of the list is Final Fantasy Tactics, the origonal on PSX not the gameboy version.

Ace of Spades is hard rock, though, not metal. Either way, my point still remains. Around one metal or punk song (or both) per game, combined with all the other crap they have on there does NOT = a never ending playlist of punk and metal.

i like the them of dr.mario and earthbound has some cool music but megaman for nintendo when you beat a boss and your getting their weapon is awesome, mostly because of the drum beat.

hrm. games.. Tony hawk Underground and thats it. great punk and have some good hip hop on it but im not really a fan of hip hop. I like tony hawk underground cause they have the song The Seperation of Church and Skate by NoFx. I love the guitar in that song. its really one of the best i think. 3nodding plus they have janes addiction and they dont specify it as Metal. THey spesify it as Rock/hard rock or something. which doesnt mean metal.

Out of those options...I'd say Zelda. Especially OoT has good music.
GS has decent tunes too, especially for a GBA game, and the FF-games and ToS have good music as well.
