*Steven felt a little stronger when he wakened. HE started to stretch. Kold walkeed up to him and gave him a set of clothes.*
These are weighted to increase the power you will get from training. Here is a set of armor. It is made to my specifications.
*Steven puts them on. They weight a pound per square inch. Steven slutches because of the weight. He powers up and stands straight. He dropps and does one-handed pushups*

*Steven finished at 1000 on both hands. As soon as he finished Kold kicked him in the stomach and flew up in teh air. Kold flew up and knocked Steven into teh ground.*
I dont like falling
*Steven powered up and flew to Kold. They threw ounches and kicks at high speeds. Steven blocked most of them. Steven caught a kick and the other kick Kold sent. Steven swung him around and threw into teh ground. Steven fly straight down in a suicide dive leading with his shoulder. He hhit Kold and sent him farther in the ground. Steven grabbed Kold's face and pulled back putting him in a cross face. Kold grabed Stevens head and threw him forward. Steven landed and hit hard.*
Owwww
*Steven got up and punched KOld stomach. Kold doubled over and Steven kicked him in the face. Kold fell and rolled on his back. He fired ki blasts and shoot at Steven. Steven was hit by 5 full powered blasts and he felt it. The clothes werent damage making Steven wonder why*

*Steven was picked up and slammed back down to the ground. He got up shakily and tried to get up and was slammed straight back down with Kolds arm was used in a stiff arm. Steven got up and Steven ducked and Kold missed Steven when he did a diving kick. Steven was behind him and Blasted his back. Kold was in his hands and knees and Steven drop elbowed him. Stven then capitalized and flew straight up. He flew straight down and put his arms forward. He hit Kolds face and buried him deep in the dirt*

*Steven went to train some more. He started to fly around. He saw a pink Demon with big ears. He went up to him.*
I am Steven
???: I am Dabora and why should I care.
*Steven doesnt even answer and charges powering up. HE punches Dabora and is blocked. He is punched in the stomach. amd kicked away.*
Destructo Disk!!!!
*Steven throws 2 disks that hit Dabora. It doesnt cut him and Steven charges more ki.*
FINAL SHOT!!!!
*A large red wave hits Dabora and after the dust clears Dabura is seen meditating. Steven rushes him and starts to attack. All his attacks are blocked and Dabura doesnt even look.*

*Steven flys away*

Tristan and Dabura vanished and only their fist clashing could be herd in the distance. Tristan and Dabura flew back shooting ki blast that exploded when they hit eachother causing fog to fill the air. Tristan flew forward and kicked Dabura. Dabura grabed his leg and flung him to the ground like a rag doll.

*Kold attackes Steven as he is thinking. He is punch in the back of his head. Steven falls and uses a destructo disk it cu teh endents in Kolds legs, taking out his legs. Kold hovered. HE threw ki blasts but Steven dodgeed them*

Tristan got up from the ground and placed his hands by his side. "Ka..me..ha..me..."Tristan vanished appearing behind Dabura. "Haaa!!" The blue beam was shot out hitting Dabura in the back.

Tristan watched for a moment and Dabura appeard behind him. " Nice little trick,boy" He said as he started choking him. "Ahh..."Tristan fliped forward as fast as he could sending Dabura flying.

*Kold could not kick but could fly*

*Steven flew up to and uped up with a flurry of punches and kickes. Kold could not block them all and was started to feel teh burn. steven was getting stronger and powering up. He swung both hands clasped togehter and it hit KOlds head the weighted clothes adding force. Kold shock it off but was still a littl3e wozy. Stevern took aim.*
Freiza beam!!!!!
*A pale pink beam hit Kolds face causing him to be blasted back. Steven stillhadnt mastered the move so it didnt pierce Kolds face. Steven kicks Kold in teh face and then backhnds him. Kold gets up and catches Stevens hand as he trys to slapp him again. Kold twists his hand and Steven blasts him in the head break teh grip but he doesnt. Steven kicks off the ground and throws Kold off. He falls and Steeven gathers all his ki,*
FINAL SHOT !!!!!!!!!!!!
*Stevens attack hits Kolds face and he is out kold((hahaha a pun)))*

Tristan appeard above Dabura once the guy was able to stand and threw both fist down into his head forcing him back into the ground. " Now...SOLAR FLARE!!!" Tristan yelled as a bright blinding light filled HFIL. Next thing was a large explosion that seemd to shake everything.

*Steven flew around and saw a group of ogres. He blasted them and they fled. He followed them and found ogres battling a large group of Sayians. Steven flew in and fired blasts at teh Sayains. They were weak and he easily got them to run. He found a stragler an ounched his repeatedly in the stomachuntil blood poured outta his stomach. He then kneed his face and broke his nose.*
Who is organizing teh Sayians.

*Steven finds a stalagmite and pushes the sayains body through it*
